Kinetic Cycles is amazing! I purchased a Specialized Vado 4.0. Their customer service is excellent. Bruce and his staff are super helpful, knowledgeable, and nice. This is the second bike I purchased from them. We bought my wife a Specialized Como last year. They have a great selection of bikes and a wide variety of parts and accessories. A place where proper customer service still exist. I spoke with Bruce (owner) looking for a small part for my bicycle, he found it and didn't even charge me for it. It is refreshing to experience this type of decorum when other bicycle shops are just oblivious when it comes to customer service. This place is worth supporting if you're in need of service for your bicycle, in my opinion. 🙏🏾

The shop has a laid back atmosphere that makes a recreational / fitness cyclist feel comfortable, unlike the intimidating bike shops I've visited. Bruce was no-pressure and took the time to answer all my questions about the Sirrus X4.0, then let me take it for a leisurely test ride through the neighborhood. I couldn't have asked for better customer service, and even though I didn't intend to make a hurried purchase, I left with the bike. It wasn't my first color choice but still looked nice, and I decided "why wait?". The vibe in the Kinetic shop made me WANT to do business with them, and that's not often the case in today's world of poor customer service.

Great vibe! Friendly, competent and very knowledgeable! I will frequent in the future. I had a Retul bike fit and highly recommend the service, very detailed and covers all aspects of fit. Ryan was very good and I would seek his service again. I recommend as your LBS (local bike shop.)
