Rich did a fantastic job with fixing my cross threaded spark plug on one of my cylinder heads on my Yamaha V-twin. He was very thorough and detail-oriented on explaining the process while being very patient. The price was very fair with one day turnaround time.

Rich is very knowledgeable and extremely polite, patient, and professional. I called about the initial service for my brand new bike. He confirmed what needed to be done which was just an oil change and basic checks. What an honest mechanic.

The dealership where I bought the bike was going to charge me an arm and a leg for a gloried oil change. Instead, Rich took care of it for a fraction of the cost. He also patched up my tire because got a flat the previous day. Thanks Rich!
