KKMI is fantastic! They performed great work, Mitch kept me informed, and they handled a difficult job with professionalism and ease. And, unlike anyplace I have ever worked with, the final bill came in well below the estimate for a complicated job. Mitch even met me at 7 am to help me get my boat back to my slip. They are honest, friendly, and do a great job.

We were so impressed with KKMI...their professionalism, communication skills, accommodations and repairs were top notch. We had our 45’ Chris Craft Commander planned for a haul out in early October. When we arrived at their dock, they got us up and into their yard in no time. Our service advisor, Tim was spot on, clear and to the point. He explained why and how things were done and what could happen over time if not done correctly. The KKMI yard crew, Jessie and Brian, were very friendly and noticeably experienced while maneuvering our craft, which made us feel safe and comfortable during the process. Kate, our contract manager, was so helpful and quick to answer any and all questions we had. Our boat is our home so we have higher expectations and higher concerns...KKMI is a well oiled machine from top to bottom. Thank you again for such awesome work!!

These guys are smart as hell, solve problems (if you think boat repair is straight forward, you haven't owned boats), super professional and you find yourself wanting to talk w them because they're interesting people. Fair minded too. Love working w them and have now done two important projects repairing my Chris Crafts. Can't say enough about Ken and the crew.

I never find the time to write a review, but KKMI is great: fair price, superior customer service, attention to details, trustworthy, and flexible. I have been bringing boats to them since they started. And Ken, a guy who knows more than anybody on maxi yachts, is still on the top of everything for my little 22' sailboat. Unbelievable!!!

Just had my 37 Hershine Trawler bottom painted. What a wonderful experience. Great teamwork top to bottom. Haul out, clean and prep, extras I asked for, paint, walk around inspection, all very professional, and pictures too!

Having gone to kkmi was a disappointment. I'm going to tell facts, and the facts are not subjective. I was charged nine hours to get two old bronze sensors out of the hull (it was a 3/4 hour job) at a rate of usd130 usd an hour (unethical action). 2 I spent about a month there for 6 work days. they didnt care about my time. 3. My power cable was stolen and nobody gave me explanations or wanted to look at the security cameras. 4. Employees who worked never cleaned the deck after work, I had to do it. They gave me a second category service charging 130 an hour. My project manager BOB never had a clue about the work times. He never cared when they would take them while I lived there, spending money on travel and living in a place that is not pretty. I wrote to Paul, one of the owners and did not admit any of the claims .. a shame the treatment they gave me .. they will try to charge you as much as possible even asking for budgets beforehand. so thats was my experience with them and i spent usd 10.500 on my 31 foot sailboat.. i do not recommend you to go there..
