Kyle was great. We had a problem with our I/O not shifting into gear our second day on the lake. Since we still had 3 days left we were bumming. Called Kountry boats to see if they could look at it. He was too busy at the time but said he could walk me through adjustment of the cable. Sure enough it worked and saved the rest of our vacation. Now that is a good mechanic, can explain what to do over the phone and didn’t even charge us. So he has to be trust worthy to take your boat to.

My girlfriend got a boat within the past 2 years and many "boat repair" shops around Lake County would not work on her boat because it has a car engine in it. Kyle from Kountry Boats and Bikes did not hesistate and had it up and running in no time. It just had a gear lube leak recently and he repaired it as well. Organization is not the best here, however he gets a lot of people that comes in and he sometimes overbooks. It is not the fastest service, however the work is quality work. Will keep coming back as needed.

Had ignition switch issues with my 98 Sea Ray 210 signature,spoke with Kyle on Thursday said to bring the boat to them Friday 8:00 am and he would get up and running. Chris a mechanic at Kountry Boats greeted me with professionalism and couldn't of ask for more.Our boat was up and running and back in the lake by 10:00 am.Thanks Kountry Boats, the Lake needs more honest reliable businesses like yours.

Kyle and Rick at kountry boats and bikes have worked on my bike several times doing the most top notch work. Every time it has been a pleasure to ride away knowing everything was done right. I have had several boats, my bike, and my dads bike thru their shop and bot once have I ever been disappointed.

If Mike is still the owner here. Do not go here!
He had my boat for over 2 and a half years for a simple 4 hr job. I begged and pleaded to get that boat back. Finally I had to take it and they still have the $300 burgundy canopy I bought and he was going to put on. Unless it's under new management, do not go here.

Even local authorities have received similar complaints.
