I was in SF for a week and needed a rental one morning to get to a remote location outside of the city (Muir Woods). We specifically booked our rental with Kyte as they would drop off at our hotel and also pickup at the hotel. The delivery guy aka "Kyte Surfer" arrived on time and had everything ready to hand off the keys to the Audi Q3 we had reserved. The Audi was clean and completely satisfactory. The pickup Kyte Surfer was also on time. Overall, this was a very convenient service for our needs for this particular rental.

I really want this company to succeed, because the rental experience has been so good. I rent the cars in San Francisco. Not only are their prices the absolute best in the city, but they bring the car to you( and pick it back up) at the time of your choice. And this process has worked perfectly every time so far.

Always a great experience. Excellent support. Really enjoy the cars being dropped off and picked up by surfers that are so professional and courteous. All Kyte cars are in good condition normally current models. Never had an issue on the road. Add the insurance they offer and stay protected with a good rate and excellent customer service.

That was the best rental experience of my life. The app is so simple to use, the Audi (!!) was dropped at my door, I simply drove to the car lot and opened my app and hit return. It was so well thought out. The car was great, the service, the experience…. I hardly thought I was in NYC! Highly recommend.

Straightforward rental collection after negotiating the app and setting everything up in advance. Help on the app was pretty good and would definitely do it again. Car arrived at meeting point on time, quick handover and away we went in a very nice rental. Works well and no queuing 😁🫡

I have used Kyte twice in the last three weeks, and have loved it . So much better than going to a rental car location and the “Kyte surfers” who bring and collect the cars have been great. Infinitely better experience than the car sharing app I tried recently. Maybe more costly but to me very worth it. Smooth, great ux in the app and responsive customer service when I needed help. I hope the company expands to more markets!
