DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! They will never refund your deposit! Tried calling them multiple times and each time Oscar never answered a single call. It was stated on the paperwork that my refund would be returned to me in a 72 hour period and that was a lie. It took me 13 days to receive a refund on my deposit and that was only because i had to go to the level of contacting my bank and the better business bureau to get LA OC to give me back my refund. This car rental company is nothing but a scam! Will never do business with this “car rental company” ever again!

I had to book with LA OC car rental last minute because another car rental company that I had booked didn’t answer the phone. LA OC were so incredibly efficient and helpful. The whole process was smooth and easy. I’m very thankful to the two male staff for their help. I also got my deposit back relatively quickly. Thanks again.

I have already returned the rented car for two months and they did not return the deposit, in fact I took a video and photos to have proof that I returned it in the same condition, I put exactly the gasoline with which they lent it to me and they have not returned my $500 deposit. In the contract it says that maximum after two weeks they return it to you and it was not like that.

Got a car to rent for the weekend. Unfortunately, I did have to wait for them to clean the car out before my use. But Alfredo was very helpful in making sure I received my security deposit back. Alfredo will be the reason I will rent here again if I’m in the area.

DON'T RENT YOU CAR HERE!!!!!! They will tell you that in 12 days you will get your deposit back LIEEES, I called several times and they ignore you or they get your call saying "I don't know to who you spoke with but your contract is not ready for the deposit" or "sorry we are missing numbers of your card" a lot of excuses, they are not professional
