I called toward closing time to see if they could take me for a walk in oil change. They said they were closing soon but they would wait for me, which was already beyond nice.

The service was great. It was done in a timely manner, and everyone was very friendly. On top of all else, it was cheaper than anywhere else I’ve been. Highly recommend. Already told all my family members to start taking their cars there from now on.

My experience at Laguna Auto Care was exceptional. My car’s AC had been broken for about 9 months and a few of my buttons were going a little out of control and going into the summer I had to find somebody I would trust to fix it because the heat was too exhausting and I haven’t had the best experience at an Auto Care shop. But to my surprise when I arrived, the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming and gave great explanations on the prices and any guarantee opportunities and was very easy to talk to. The rest of the staff including the owner were just incredibly friendly and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend coming to them with any car troubles because they truly are amazing and very friendly. The prices are reasonable and was just an overall great experience! 🙂

I am so grateful for this shop! I first got an oil change and staff were so friendly. My car began to shake and shutting down while stopped at red lights. I reached out to Alex from the shop and he told me to bring it in. They did a throttle body cleaning and replaced my brakes. My car has been doing great, no shaking no shutting down! Like I said I’m truly grateful.
