I highly recommend Laguna Niguel Auto Group! The customer service is beyond amazing! Tiffany was so welcoming and friendly on the phone and set up an appointment with Art Smolek. Art was very knowledgeable and down to Earth, which made the experience even better for me. He was clear on the details/features of the vehicle and helped me enjoy the test drive and ultimately agreeing to an awesome deal. Steve handled the financing/paperwork process and was very genuine and transparent on everything that I was signing, I truly appreciated that.

Bought a new to us SRX and needed a few things addressed before we left the lot. Had to complete service after Christmas. Steve was great in the service department. He reached out to us by phone to set up appointment, met us and made getting our service seamless and easy. Easy to give us a loaner car while completing service in just a few hours. Shane was very responsive to email and we LOVE our service and staff here! We drive from San Diego for this exemplary service and staff! Highly recommend this dealership!

Didn’t have a very good experience here. Dropped off my car for service. Was told they were short of technicians so they would get back to me when they would have an idea on timeline. Brian was my service representative. He was nice at first. I got a brand new loaner with 400 miles on it. The loaner broke down on me two days later and had to have it towed to the dealership on a Sunday. Called Brian and left 4 messages that Monday without any call backs. Finally got a call back saying they would not be able to give me a new loaner because I had gone over the 50 day mileage limit (a first for me for a service loaner- emergencies happen. This is southern CA- you cannot be without a car). Brian also surprisingly called me the same day and said my car was magically ready and everything was fixed. Of course, I got home and the same problems are still there. I felt like they just dumped the car back on me because they didn’t want to deal with their lack of staff and loaner issue. Overall a poor experience especially with Brian. Didn’t seem like he was willing to help. Oh and yes, I got charged $72 for fuel for the loaner car that died on me! Even though the loaner they gave me died on me and had to be towed back to the dealership I still got charged for not being able to fill it back up. Amazing

Update. Jackson is back! Tony took great care of me again today. Even though they were a man down the service was great and they had me out in no time with a very nice complimentary car wash. Thanks again to the whole service crew!

Had a nice experience with Jeremy at Laguna Niguel GMC. Jeremy was very low key and spent plenty of time helping me find the exact truck I was looking for, 1500 Sierra Denali Ultimate. I did not get a very good offer for my trade in but that’s not on Jeremy. All in all a good experience.

My service advisor, Tony, is great. He kept me up to date on the status of my truck all along the five days they had it. It's unfortunately that it took that long to repair a transmission cooling pipe, but despite the duration, the quality of work is satisfactory. Thanks!
