Been a customer for years, first bike bought over 10 years ago and come here for all my maintenance. unfortunately had an accident, I had to get another bike. These guys not only helped me with my insurance and repairing my old bike for sale, but also to get set up with a bike to match my new lifestyle with reasonable price.

I brought my 22 Pan American (27k mi) in for service as It had a slapping noise/stalling issue. After a month, new cat/stater/clutch, I have to admit, the bike is running amazing. Noticeably better shifting and revving. A software update even made the adjustable ride height work better. The ESP covered the stater and a hand control replacement. I also happen to be in time for a promo, a free HD duffle when spending $200+. So though not happy having to spend what i did, customer service was great and good job on the fixes.

Here’s what didn’t go well: Harley and The ESP didn’t cover the CAT or Clutch. I could maybe understand the clutch at 27k mi, but the CAT..No way. There is nothing I could do to botch that CAT and think HD should step up and replace that as defective. It’s only 2 yrs old! So I’m not happy having to pay for that. Happy it’s fixed yes, not happy paying for a defective part.

Which leads me to this. I have owned a 94 heritage, 2007 sportster and 22 Pan. And on each of those bikes I was in for a new stater and clutch at 30k mi. HD needs to get its act together when my friends with Triumph, Victory and BMW’s just do not have so many issues. I really hoped HD would give a reliable bike with this adventure version, but not so. I’m really tired of this and it’ll be my last HD. Laidlaws did a great job and I have no other way to express my discontent to HD than thru the dealership.

Had the same experience as Emile, I went in with my construction work clothes looking to buy my first bike. Spent about 30 minutes looking and sitting on different bikes, I didn't approach a salesman as I was timid being completely new to the moto sports world. The guy with the long hair was completely indifferent about my presence, another couple came in with nice leather motorcycle clothing, sure enough the guy in the long hair got up and asked what they needed.

Bummed about my situation, I went to Indian in OC to check them out and they were nice from the start. Got myself a Chief instead.

Harley Davidson wonders why their sales aren't doing so good but their salesmen won't help out the people that seem like they "might waste their time". Anyway, kudos to Matt and his YouTube videos those are dope.

I had taken my 2023 RG for an issue that caused the bike to not have any throttle response. The service guy by the name of Ty, could not get me out of there fast enough. after leaving my bike there, I had called several times only to get an answering machine. Once I got through, he said the battery was low and they needed to charge it. Once I picked up my bike Ty, was no where to be seen but, I spoke to a real nice younger guy who brought out my bike for me. Once I was outside the check engine light was still on, which tells me they never even looked at it. They charged me $175 for a bike still under warranty. They also informed me that the extended warranty I purchased was not accepted there. Talk about a complete waste of time and money. Needless to say I will not be purchasing a newer bike there or will they ever see me again. I guess I wasn't cool enough to get any assistance there.

Had an unfortunate incident where somehow my entire tail light broke off somewhere on the way to Garden Grove from Phoenix.

Clearly did not want to ride around without a tail light for obvious reasons.

Decided to check in an attempt to get myself road worthy and gave these guys a visit to see if they have the plates and lens to make the repairs while in town. Thankfully they had the parts I needed in stock for a 2010 Super Glide.

It comes to show the impressive range of parts they have in store for your bike regardless if it's older or not and I'm absolutely relieved to be able to replace the entire light while in town and not needing to ride around without one and risk a ticket and my own personal safety at the same time.

The staff there were amazing and friendly and went above and beyond to get me back on the road.
