Outstanding and a huge 5 stars! Went in to discuss trading in our boat and spoke with Christopher who was an exceptional representative for Barletta! He made us feel welcome and answered all our questions. Never a high stress situation and always willing to give us the amount of time to make an informed decision. Once we made our selection and ordered our boat, he kept us in the loop weekly as to updates from the manufacturer. And once it arrived he walked us through the entire boat and was as anxious as we were to get it out on the water! Go in and ask for Christopher! You will be highly impressed with their boats, their service department and customer service.

My boat sat in dry dock at the lake for a year while I lived in Australia which of course not great for a boat here in AZ. Besides bad fuel, I have several hoses and the fuel pump that needed attention. Another shop couldn't fix it. I took it into Laken. Scott the mechanic was awesome and really knows boats. It took a little longer than I may have wanted but trying to find parts for a 25 year old boat with a motor they haven't made in years, wasn't easy.

Great boat buying experience!!! The sales team is very personable, knowledgeable, without high pressure tactics. They are responsive to questions and really help guide you to the right boat. They are genuinely interested in getting to know their customers and make the overall experience very positive. I highly recommend Laken!!! Ben and Chris are awesome!!!

We purchased a beautiful Barletta pontoon boat from Laken. Chris was awesome to work with. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable and worked hard on our behalf. I am a boat novice and he answered all of my questions and concerns thoroughly and made everything easy to understand. When we went through the financing process, he hustled to find us the right lender, with the right down payment, at the right payment. He was communicative throughout the process. As someone skeptical about the sales process in these situations, he earned my respect for how hard he worked on our behalf, never made us feel like a burden; rather he kept pushing to a deal where there was no room left to push. If you’re curious about purchasing a boat and feel intimidated, or you’re a pro and ready for a new boat, I highly recommend Chris. My experience is that he’s a man of integrity, and that’s hard to find these days.

I wanted to wait until we brought our boat in for the first service after using it for a few weekends to be able to write an honest review. We purchased a heyday H 22 from Chris at Laken. The experience from start to finish has been fantastic! From the initial shopping experience with Chris to the service experience with the service department and Aaron, I can honestly say we have zero regrets about our decision and purchase.
