Just bought a defender yesterday!
Best experience ever at this dealership! Especially shout out to Ryan, Kasra, Carlos from the sales group and Nick, the Finance manager. They never hard sell you any products, on the contrary, they make sure you get what you need and satisfy with their service.

They are professional, helpful and trustworthy! If I were to rate their service on a scale of 1-10, it’s definitely a 11!

Highly recommend for anyone who’s looking to get great car from this dealership 🙂

If I could have would not have given a single star.

My dream car had been the Land Rover Defender but on Dec 26, 2009 I found a 2006 LR3 which I fell in love with.
At time of purchase she had just over 33k miles, today at 18 years old, has just under 189k. For first 10 years, I took to Land Rover Cerritos for servicing. Chris always ensured she was well cared for and I could not have been happier.
Unfortunately, owners changed and it has been downhill since then. I have been bouncing around various non-dealer shops without much success. For 2025, thought am going to give the Land Rover Cerritos dealer another chance, WOW was that a mistake.
A simple oil change cost $750. Maybe the oil inludes gold? Was told I need to replace the transmission pan. Considering the mileage, did not think twice about it, until I was told would cost nearly $3k.
I’ve taken to a transmission shop only to be told, yes there is a link but not from the transmission pan. Leak is from the engine oil cap and cost will be $500.
If you do not mind paying exorbitant prices, being treated like a no-body, or paying for unnecessary repairs then go the this dealer. Otherwise, STAY away am sure you can find another service shop that would treat you much better and only perform necessary repairs at reasonable prices.

Had a fantastic experience buying my Range Rover, sales team and staff was excellent. Highly recommend if your a serious buyer that you contact them as the process is fast and there was no haggling on price as they presented their best offer from the beginning. Ask for Kasra and you'll be glad you did.

I had no idea I was going to purchase a vehicle today, but this Jaguar Land Rover Cerritos team were great at being attentive and friendly. Felt like I was hanging out instead of shopping.

Working with the salesman Ryan Ramirez was easy. His continuance to remain patient while I to asked a million questions about the vehicle and the overall process. On top of everything, Ryan helped facilitate the delivery of my new car and remained in constant communication during the entire process.

Also, it is only fair to express my appreciation for the time spent and effort demonstrated by Nima Behnia in finance. I recognize I asked for a lot and no matter what I asked for he was willing to take the extra steps to accommodate my request during the purchase process. I don’t think I ever cracked so many jokes with a finance expert in my life. Super smart and personable guy!

My overall experience purchasing my Disco with the help of both Ryan and Nima was beyond what I expected. When I decide to purchase my next car (RANGE ROVER 😉) I will most definitely call Ryan Ramirez!

Expect to be treated as a second class citizen when looking at their used range rover inventory. I understand the profit margines might not be high on these but I've bought and sold a lot of cars and never seen anyone less interested in a customer. I put a 45k out the door offer on a 43k car (since the tires had to be replaced) and Carlos didn't even come back with an actual counter or asked for my number before I left..Lol.. It actually worked to my benefit as I got a better ranger rover for a better price somewhere else.

Steve was my advisor, but unfortunately he was got sick. Cesar took over my case and he did a wonderful job communicating and getting my car ready. He even set up a transportation for me.

La City Cars of Inglewood sold me a lemon suv and then refused to allow the warranty to pay for the engine problems unless it went to their mechanic. I had to pay out of pocket with the dealer to get my car fixed right. Eddie is amazing and cool. He got my sweetheart right. Don't EVER purchase a car from LA City Cars of Inglewood/ LA Puente. Sal & Frank are not honest people. They are going to lie right to your face with a smile while they give you shady coverage on your vehicle. Thank you, Eddie, for your great service. She purring like a kitty on the road now, lol.

Service advisor was excellent. Disappointing that the repair took longer than anticipated due to lack of parts (speaker replacement). Issue with the speaker not fixed so have to take it back again.
