My son purchased a brand new 2024 KX 450 in June 2024 from Langston motorsports. At about 10 hours on the bike in Glamis, the bike just would not restart it cranked fine but it would not fire. I took it to Langston motorsports, hoping they would help. They had the bike for 6 weeks and ended up, tearing down the entire engine, the whole thing to try to find something wrong with it. They thought there was something wrong with the Cam timing, but turns out they didn’t know that a change to the motor was made in 2024 so that wasted another almost a week because they were wrong about that. At the end of those six weeks they finally figured out the fuel injector was bad, they misdiagnosed a faulty fuel injector, They said they checked the fuel pressure but did not actually checked the injector. After a $600 bill we went on our way and 20 hours later the bike is shutting off and making metal. when we went to check the valve clearance and took off the cam shaft cap we found that all the bolts were WAY over tightened and one of them was stretched. I called Langston. The service manager says that the guy that worked on my bike is very thorough and is meticulous and is one of the best that he has and pretty much completely defended everything they did. I’m just beside myself if that’s the best they have. He told me to bring the bike back down and they will take another look at it and try to figure it out, but I won’t ever be going back to Langston motorsports for anything, This is my story. My son walked in to the store and ordered a Honda part. The part cost $300. The employee ordered the wrong part that shipped to the house. When my son went in to return the part, they said they said he couldn't return the part. They have a no return honda parts policy. That was never told to him until he tried to return it. He spoke with the parts manager, the manager approved the return but with a 20% restocking fee. Really? We'll never order from here again. Lesson learned.

Picked up a new KLX here a week ago. Process was smooth, straight forward and quick. Also got my gear there. Giant selection. Will definitely be coming back for parts / service / accessories

Bike is brand new. Still under warranty.......and it doesn't even work or run. Service department hasn't done a thing to help me. And I even purchased an extended warranty. Service department hasn't fixed it. They haven't even followed up to help. Worst Service Ever! Can anyone recommend an attorney to help me?

Langston's Service Department is top notch! Ian and his crew in the service department are great and have exceeded my expectations every time I've gone in there. Everyone is super cool and willing to help with even the smallest question. I recently went into Langston's to get a couple new tires and a chain on my bike; the bike came back perfect. I then decided to make my bike a little gnarlier and throw an ATV tire on a stock motorcycle rim. Ian at the service dept. made it work after I explained what I was trying to do; so I couldn't be happier. I'm glad I found this place!!

The entire staff at Langston is amazing, everyone from parts to sales always provides exceptional service. We went in today to buy a Raptor 700 and Robert went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. The woman in finance was very knowledgeable and explained all warranties and extra protections available without making us feel like we had to buy them like finance people usually do. The entire transaction was seamless and we will definitely be back!

I needed a part and wanted to verify that their inventory was correct in store as the online website before I purchased the order. The parts salesman Wes was extremely helpful and physically made sure they had the product. I then asked if I’d be able to overnight ship it because I’m in a different state and again he was super helpful in communicating to the shipping company (FedEx) to be certain it would make the cutoff and reach me by the next day. I’d highly recommend, and would gladly do business again

I got my motorcycle here two days ago. I also found a helmet and clothes. I like it here. All the staff are very nice. Thanks to Rick and his colleagues. I recommend everyone to come here. If you need it.
