The convenience of having the car upon such a short notice was cool, but the car was crap 05' Ford Taurus with a 136Kmiles on it. It's performance had me worried that I would have to call a tow truck.
He charged me $300 for the 7 days I rented, and it's been another 7 days, and I still don't have my deposit back yet. He ran my card upon return, gave me a receipt that show my refund, but it also shows that the machine he swiped on was "OFFLINE", I don't know, but this guy could be crooked, I'm going to call him tomorrow to see if he will work my deposit refund back, but if not, that means he's a crook and maybe the IRS, BBB, and some other 3 letter agencies will investigate.

Pleasant experience. Tyrone was very generious and helpful. Never met someone so well mannered and respectful. Great guy. Car was clean ran good and smelled really great. I will definitely be going back.

I tried many of the other car rentals and didn't have much luck finding a SUV on short notice for the memorial weekend. I tried these guys out and they quickly got me into an SUV for my trip to the Bay area.

Service was great and rates were reasonable too. Looking forward to renting with them next time as well.

I would NEVER rent a car with them ever again , check engine light came on few hours after we rented it , Tyron the supervisor was rude and the Owner took no responsibility and took no interest on resolving the issue. We were polite , my family and I feel robbed.

I wouldn't even give them a star if i didnt have to just to comment! This place if a joke, They suck!! My Sister and her family recently came to Bakersfield from Indiana and rented a car from this place and over paid by the hundreds. They were calling them 2 days early asking if they can get the car back early because another customer needs it! So they bring it in 1 day early and they didn't want to give her a retune for doing so. They gave her the deposit back but when they get home they found that one of the bills were FAKE!! DONT RENT THERE CARS. They also had the back of the passenger chair ripped off. Bad service all around😡😡😡
