unethical business situation with them. took truck in for brakes on the squeekers/grinding. informed them it appears its coming from right front. they called back and comunicated rear brakes were the issue, and estimate was $1200, we said ok, do it. job finished went back and picked it up before closing time. driving back to shop, same grinding noise. took truck back and told them again its coming from right front, dropped it off and left. they called back and said, it needs new rotors, pads, bearings and caliper in front, new estimate of $1250 this time. so i told them they missed it the first time, should have done the fronts . i then told them to please just put it back together, and i will pick it up. called next morning when they opened at 8, and told them im coming to pick it up. they called back and stated, we dont have mechanic here to put it back together until 9. i asked, dont u open at 8 ? so i was already in the parking lot looking at my truck, when a manager called back and said, it wouldnt be safe to drive with locked up caliper.at i told him it drove to sac and back up here with locked up caliper, just put ist back together please. he asked if I was mad, i said no, just frustrated. he offered cheaper parts to reduce price if that was my issue. i said no, were going in a different direction. picked up truck, took it home, mic"d the rotors, all were within spec and clean no lines or grooves, replace front pads ($80 bucks), caliper wasnt locked up, put back together and has top notch brakes just like new. im not mad, just frustrated, they had the chance to be honest and make myself a more loyal cust, instead of lying to me for profit. should have negative stars for this circumstance

I have been a long time customer. After waiting 2.5 hours for a battery, I was told that the manager needed to approve the exchange. After another 1/2 hour, I was told he was too busy. I overheard the counterman say the same thing to another customer. I asked for my keys and left. Too bad the manager is too busy and too worthless to be of so little help. Makes one wonder why and how the manager became a manager. I will never go there again and when asked I will not be too busy to tell at least 5 others about the Big Loser being too busy to help his own people and/or customers. Dave C.

The TPMS light came on. A very nice person inflated my very low tire and spotted a nail. The manager informed me it would take at least 45 minutes for a flat repair, and they offered to put my spare on for me.

Get a second opinion so you're not oversold. After waiting two hours (instead of 1 to 1.5 as promised) I was told I needed calipers as well as rotors and pads and they would email a written quote. They did not even though I followed up. Due to the poor service, I went elsewhere when I learned that I DID NOT need calipers and would have unnecessarily paid for parts and labor at Les Schwab in Auburn.

I was quoted & agreed to services & a time frame of 1.5 hours By one very nice gentleman.
Then a 2nd gentleman came back to me after 2 hours with a quote for new tires, breaks, & other repairs with absolutely nothing done on original agreement/ quote. When i declined, b/c i learned nothing i agreed to was completed in the time frame he became frustrated, distracted & left me at the counter wondering if I was done...
I have a mechanic in the family who does most of my repair & maintenance. I was aware of repairs & time frame they needed to be done. But this guy said it would be unsafe for me to drive my car I should leave it there!!
I'll be going somewhere else from now on..

My family and I were on our annual camping trip and experienced a blow out on our trailer. The team at this Les Schwab were able to get us in and out, 4 new tires mounted and balanced in 2 hours. On a busy day with no appt I am absolutely impressed. Thanks Guys!

I have always gone here since the local Big O Tires went out of business. Because my new truck was still under warranty I thought I'd take it to Auburn Ford just in case it was a defect. It was not, it was a screw in the tire. They told me I needed to replace it. Fortunately I had a spare so I declined and took it to Les Schwab who was able to repair it no problem, and free of charge at that. Saved me an unnecessary bill of $250.

As with any non appointment walk in at any tire place, expect a fair wait. Fortunately today I don't think my wait was too much more than an hour or two. I have waited much longer. Get an appointment if you can!

I will always check them first, as they have always treated me fairly and honestly and always done what appears to be decent to good work.

Went there for a alignment got a safety inspection, turn out that my right front inner tie rod was bent waited three days for a quote of $1,000 on a part at auto zone that cost $18.99 and they were having trouble finding the part. And since i took my car there my right front outter tie rod broke off If you want Incompetence ask for Jacob O.Thank you store 777 for not killing me because it broke off when I was on the highway
