I went on their website and ordered the soundstream reserve for my '07 Street Glide. I ordered it on a Friday night and it was on my doorstep the following Wednesday. This has got to be the fastest shipping I've ever experienced with any retailer. Try to receiving it I sent the message to get an ETA and they answered me right away. I thought they were going to tell me it was going to be a week probably two before I get it but no. Great customer service so and I'm glad to know I can count on them to help me out if I need it.

Customer service is great. Very helpful and very knowledgeable. The sales reps were extremely helpful, polite, and professional. If you're looking for a "new to you" bike, look no farther. They have more bike than some dealers. Prices ranging from 6995.00 to 30k. If you like Harleys, you'll be a kid in a candy store. Huge selection of aftermarket parts, apparel, helmets and a boat load of other items. This is a must visit.

We purchased a 2005 Dyna from John all online and over the phone and we had to ship it 1960 miles to Tennessee. The process was simple due to John & Debbie making sure everything was good to go.

You have to be patient for something like this “ I wasn’t” but Lifestyle took care of everything the bike showed up better than advertised and well taken care of from V-Twin Express.

What a great experience overall, I called early in the morning to make sure the chariot saddle bags where in stock that I found in a FB add from junior, was a great ride down from the high desert friendly staff where able to help me out and point me in the proper direction to purchase the bags. I brought some basic hand tools and installed them in the parking lot and was able to use them right away thanks for everything and thank you for being open on Saturday definitely will buy from again

Bought my first Harley-Davidson, got a Road King and I noted all the issues that I wanted fixed on the bike, I came a week later to pick it up and nothing was done to the bike. Rockers were leaking oil, broken bracket on the exhaust causing the exhaust to rattle, I don't even think they even did an oil change, I didn't care that much to say anything about it cause I wanted the bike and I was going to fix it myself until I came back home and ran into more problems. I went to fill up the gas tank at the gas station and gasoline began to poor all over the gas tank from the center console because metal bracket inside the center console was loose. Causing gas to leak through. Rockers were leaking a lot of oil, THE TIRES WERE 11 and 20 YEARS OLD!!! , I nearly killed myself 2 times because the tires were VERY slippery from dry rot and they had hardened. I came back to the shop very angry and told the owner of the shop all the problems the bike had and what happened. The owner was very caring and understanding of the situation and fixed all the problems, which I really appreciated a lot for doing the right thing. I feel like some of his employees really don't care about a buyer's experience and want to sell a bike and get paid rather than doing what's right and making sure I had a great experience. My rating would be higher if it wasn't for this whole situation. From my experience at the place make sure you check everything on the bike before you buy the bike. I happened to buy a bike that was "SAID" they did a safety inspection when in reality it wasn't.
