This Place should get an award of Excellence! Not only for amazing service but also amazing design, layout and security! My partner and I have had alot of storages in our time but nothing compares to this place- "Lincoln Ranch Self Storage"!
Is a "stand out"- among others. We were very impressed. Mainly, what stood out to us was how friendly and accommodating Mrs Lori and her husband Stephen were. We called ahead and reserved a giant indoor storage unit- one of the biggest ones they had, 14 x 50! and when we showed up an hour later with our monster trailer, they were there ready for us! They are extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us. We are extremely pleased with this storage facility and will be getting more units in the near future. We feel very safe here and will highly recommend this place to friends and family.

My girlfriend Amy and I rented a huge indoor unit, the last one they had! Lori just happened to have someone vacate after we were there originally. The one we wanted was not available, but Mrs Lori immediately called us back the next day to give us the great news. We were so happy she remembered us, this size unit is hard to come by and they had many of them but it was an end unit that was in line with the driveway for easy backing in a huge trailer that we wanted. I'm so glad we got it. This facility is extremely clean and well kept.
Thank Lori and Stephen! You saved us. We really wanted a nice indoor storage to prect our specialty trailer. Thank you for making it happen.

We have had a storage unit at this facility for several years. Lincoln Ranch Self Storage is an incredibly well kept, modern storage facility. It is always clean and well maintained. The Entrance/Exit gate and unit security are great and help keep your valuables safe. Part way through our rental experience, we decided to downsize to a smaller unit. The move and cross over went off with out a hitch. Stephen and Lori were great to work with. Friendly and knowledgeable. It has been such a pleasure renting with them and storing our things at Lincoln Ranch. I highly recommend Lincoln Ranch Self Storage.

Have had a large storage unit at this facility for several months now. I shopped around all over placer county looking for a unit large enough, secure, clean, and that has late access hours. When I stumbled across Lincoln Ranch self storage, it was a no brainer. They had everything I was looking for and give you 24/7 access if you show them your business license. Plus, they are super reasonable.

Lori and Steve are absolute GEMS! They are so friendly, go above and beyond, make sure the units are spotless, and always clean any spider webs off the units. Can’t praise them enough!

What a joke, requires a 30 day vacate notice to leave! I've had numerous storage units over the past decade and this is the first time anything like this has ever happened. In order to leave I had to give them 30 days advanced notice and then they demanded I pay a minimum of 10 days which was roughly $80 to leave the facility. The main reason I left was I was constantly being charged more over the years. I started off around $149 and by the 3rd year I was north of $245. I defiantly get inflation and the effects it has on businesses but It's ridiculous to charge for something I no longer use. The old management was amazing and really tried to work with you if something financially came up but the new management is a joke. No compassion or basic understanding of gouging someone for not providing a 30 day notice. I'm sure they will refer to the tiny font agreement showing a 30 day notice is required but it's still a joke to me. Why charge someone for a unit when it's completely vacated and available for them to rent out again. Will never do business with them and the new management is simply uncompassionate jerks

We rented here for a couple of years while we traveled in our RV and stored everything we value here. Such a wonderful facility. First off, Larry & Jeanean were super friendly, helpful, and just downright amazing to work with. They listened and answered our questions. regardless how trivial they might have seemed. This place is Top Shelf! So clean, easy to get to, enter, and leave. Rest assured, Lincoln Ranch Self Storage has an amazing security system as well and felt very safe with all our personal belongings being stored here. Did I mention that it's clean? We looked around at others and nobody compares. So glad we came here! Thanks again!!
