I went to Livermore Honda to get a recal done. The service was great. The lady that helped me arrange an appointment was very helpful. When I had to reschedule she was so understanding & helpful. Finally I got dropped off at home by a very friendly driver. When my car was ready they sent another nice driver to pick me up. I was very satisfied with the way they treated me & with the work they did on my car. Thank you so much Livermore Honda!!

This is my second Honda from Livermore Honda. I got great deals that other dealers didn’t give me, with the attitude of take it or leave it. Livermore Honda worked with me and meet me half way on both deals. Great staff, specially Sabrina my sales rep. who went out of her way to get me the color I’m looking for from another dealer since they didn’t have the color I need. Also a big thanks to Omar Aslami who made the deal happen. In general every person at Livermore Honda is friendly and knowledgeable. If you’re looking for a Honda, go no further than Livermore Honda.

So, for reference, I have bought and sold around 10 vehicles over the last 5 years and never wrote a review because the experience is always exhausting and overwhelming. But doing business with this dealership has been the best experience by FAR. I regularly visited Livermore Honda to do oil change for my 2015 Crv which I bought there. Every time I was there, the experience turned out to be pleasant. The staff was friendly and the wait time for work completion was reasonable. I recommend this dealership for car maintenance and purchase.

We bought our Honda Odessy from Livermore Honda in 2015, and we purchased the extended warranty. We have gone back there for every service until last month. We had some very expensive services, in the $1000s. They kept telling us that it would be the last for awhile. We trusted them. Less than a month after we'd paid over a $1000 for a regular service. Something went wrong. We went back and they gave us an estimate for over $5000 to fix it. We could not afford it and told them that. We asked for alternative options, and they gave us nothing. We started asking around. A friend asked us if we'd been offered Good Will for being loyal customers. We had not been offered this at all. We took it to a different Honda Dealership and they fixed the same problem for $400. I feel like I've been punished, cheated, and lied to for being a loyal customer. I will never go back there again. We are looking into purchasing a new vehicle but we will never go back to Livermore Honda for anything ever again.
