Lombards is awesome! I knew I wanted to upgrade the deck in my Sprinter van but did not know who to approach. I was very fortunate David (owner of Lombards) was my first conversation. He spent an hour taking me through the different options, pros and cons, etc., and even took one display out to my van so I could see it in real-time. Once I chose my deck, David walked me through the pricing and installation process and even offered at no extra charge to add a switch connecting the audio display to my house battery so I could listen when the van was turned off. From start to finish, anytime I reached out to David or Armando with a question or concern, I felt like I was their highest priority. They went above and beyond to ensure everything worked as described. I trust that if anything goes wrong down the road, they will do whatever they can to take care of me. I highly recommend doing business with Lombards. Thanks, guys!

I had such a great experience there, everyone I talked with was obviously very knowledgeable on equipment, upfront and fair with pricing, they helped me set up a payment plan with a third party they partner with so I paid nothing the day of. I love the new system they put in and they were kind enough to give me a ride home and back for free while they worked on it. The owner Dave and I got to chat on the drives he was super awesome and kind. Highly recommend!

I had lombards install a sound system in my salon over 10 years ago and it's still working perfectly. I got a new computer that I use for Spotify and accidentally cut the AUX cord with scissors removing a zip tie! I went in to the store and the guy made my day by giving me an extra one and totally saved the day! I was back up and running with music in my salon within 15 mins. I really appreciate these guys they work hard and are so friendly!

Went to their store the other day for a simple product to help me install replacement speakers in my vintage automobile: I'm doing the installation myself.
They listened to what I needed, and after a bit of head scratching, went to the back and came out with what I needed.

Called on a Tuesday around 10am and asked if they had what was needed to install a new stereo in my car. They said they did and if I got there around noon they could have done the same day. When I showed up I spoke with the owner David and he gave me the run down without any sort of sales pitch. When I decided to move forward he was able to give me a generous discount for choosing to go with an additional sub as well (not upsold this was completely my decision based on previous vehicles owned) needless to say all employees were well versed in their profession and they installed the system flawlessly. I’m an attention to detail kind of person and did not see one flaw here. Not to mention they have a lifetime warranty on their craftsmanship. I’m a small business owner myself and can say I’m truly satisfied with every aspect of the way this company conducted their business. I have dealt with many car audio companies in my life and this by far has been my best experience. Thanks again for all your help guys. Really appreciate it and I will be returning for future needs.

Question...
When was the last time you patronized a stereo shop, and after realizing you forgot your wallet, had them say "Damn. You know what...the system in already installed. Don't worry about it. This one is on us."? Probably never, right!? Yeah. Me neither...BUT!!! If you need a USB-C to Lightning cable because you forgot your work tablet charger at home, home is almost 200mi away, AND you forget your wallet in your hotel room (because why would THAT be important?😐)...then Armando MAY be able to help you out. 🙂
But seriously...the LAST thing anyone wants as a customer, is to be treated like a customer. Just another wallet (...typically😒), whose sole existence is to help them keep their lights on. But from the moment I walked in, Armando was on it! He greeted me with a smile, asked if I was looking for anything in particular, and promptly got what I was looking for. And as I turned to walk back to my hotel room to grab my wallet, he just smiled and said "Don't worry about it, bro", and believe it or not, those were the best words I had heard all day, and NOT because I was getting something for free...but because I wasn't just a receipt. I was a person that mattered, and not making me walk back to my room (even with the fault being my own) in the heat, was more important, in that moment, than their profit margin, and you GOTTA respect that. I was going to order some subs and an amp online...but that's not happening. I'll be at Lombard's returning the favor. 😉
