Bought my second bike from Long Beach BMW Motorcycles. First was a C400X about 2 years ago, and now a CE 04. Both experiences have been exceptional. Mike was pleasant and very knowledgeable. It took me about 30 minutes to buy the bike and get out. I dealt with Greg for my CE
04. He was very communicative and messaged me multiple times to answer my questions. I was able to buy the scoot over the phone. He sent everything FedEx and I swung by and picked up the bike on a Saturday. Greg came in on his birthday to deliver the bike. He showed me all the systems, connected my phone, and explained how the charger works. I would encourage anyone to check out their huge selection of bikes at great prices. I don't mind driving 80 miles round-trip to buy here.

Was interested in a new BMW motorcycle for a while, was kind of jumping around the R1250RS, S1000XR and S1000RR, and settled on a new 2023 S1000RR. Had a wonderful buying experience with Michael who was super professional, supportive, and just fun to talk to motorcycles about. So I purchased a 2023 s1000xr floor model for a very good price from a gentleman by the name Greg Silverman, he's a super helpful guy straightforward and very easy to work with. He gave me a fantastic deal and I would highly recommend him to anyone who's interested in buying a the ultimate motorcycle machine, also the parts department is very knowledgeable and helpful when purchasing any other gear

Unprofessional and Intimidating Service Manager

I recently had a very unpleasant experience at BMW Motorrad Long Beach. The service manager, Jeff Whitmer, was extremely aggressive and intimidating during a phone call, voice mail message, and on my subsequent visit. Such behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from a reputable brand like BMW. I would strongly advise against bringing your motorcycle here. They lost a customer for life with me.

Incredibly difficult working with the service team. They were quite inflexible, unable to provide explanations when asked for more details. It's a shame, cause I'm now going to have another shop to service the bike.

I had a great experience at Long Beach BMW Motorrad. Michael was awesome! Always available to take my calls and answered all of my questions. We sat down together and built my R18 and I received my new bike in no time. The entire team makes you feel so welcomed! My Brother Went in for a test ride and added this 2020 GSA to his Stable of Bikes. He told me that this is the go to Dealership for all your Bmw needs. 2020 COVID 19 Didn’t Stop him from making his Dream come true.
