My sales representative was Ben, he did an amazing job helping me finance my first car. Extremely nice and patient. Manuel, one of the managers, did great explaining what I was signing, sometimes repeating what he’d already said, to make sure what I was signing was correct. Would highly recommend seeing both.

I had no issues with my car when I arrived. I took it in for two recalls. They had my car for 4 hours just to tell me that they couldn't do the recalls after all because my battery is completely dead. Weird, I had no issues with it prior, and now my battery is dead? BS!

Horrible experience with the general manager. Met a lovely salesman, Beto who couldn't have been more accommodating. After the initial consultation with the salesman, We of course were presented with the manager to close the deal. Couldn't have been more rude, standoffish and insulting. Simple questions were met with attitude and when I asked him why they verbally quoted one price for our trade-in, and then inputted a $4,000 reduction in price, I was told it was because of "rehabilitation of the car". They had not even looked at The car we were going to turn in! A total bait and scam. When I asked him about this rehabilitation cost, he got visibly agitated took the paperwork from us and walked away. Totally unprofessional. If The ownership of this car dealership reads this, they have all my information and can contact me directly. This manager loses sales, doesn't make them.

Leased a civic back in 2022 for a good price. Lease was ending this year in April and decided to trade in and finance a 2025 honda hrv exl was able to negotiate a good deal both of the cars. Big shout out and thank you to Nathaniel, helped us in 2022 and now. Has been such a good person and super transparent with us. Provided a great costumer experience.

Out-of-state buyers beware!!!!

I bought a 2023 Toyota Orange Tacoma PRO from these guys the day before Thanksgiving last year. I live in Colorado, and they made the experience less than enjoyable.

One, I had to submit to a credit check even though I had my financing.

Two, this dealership could not submit temp tags to me; they claimed they don't know Colorado policy on DMV temp tags (hint, it's the same in CA!), so I had to do the legwork on my own, which took twice as long.

Third, when I paid for shipping, the company Long Beach Honda used didn't have a number to call, so I had no idea of the timeline on which it would arrive; it showed up late and was delivered to a Toyota dealership and not my house, which I paid extra for. When I called Long Beach Honda to ask them to make things right, they said, "Thanks for the input; we will never use them again." No reimbursement of any kind!!!

Fourth, I was told that the car would be detailed; I understand that there would be weather coming over the pass on I-70, but the inside still needed to be done...

The only reason this isn't a one-star is that the only thing that comes out of this is that the truck turned out to be in good working order.

So, in conclusion, if you're out of state, wait to buy from these guys!
