So I was needing to rent a car while mine was being fixed and came across this company. First thing that caught my eye was that they are locally owned by a husband and wife team which is a huge plus to me. Second was their selection of cars was enormous for such a small company so bravo to them for that. Lastly I was able to rent for two weeks but due to a misunderstanding mostly on my part I had to return my rental two weeks early. They were courteous enough to prorate me the two weeks I didn’t get to use and were very nice along the way especially because I know I’m not the easiest customer sometimes because I have very high expectations. However, they were absolutely kind and helpful. Do yourself a favor if you are renting, don’t give your money to the likes of hertz or enterprise, help the small businesses with big hearts like this one. Thank you to the co-owner/office manager Christina for all your help.

I have used Long Term Car Rental in San Diego for over 10 years. I can't recommend them strongly enough! They always supplied me with a safe car and always treated me as a very special customer. There were times my flight arrived quite late and they still had someone meet me at the office. I really feel that they have gone above and beyond to accommodate me. I wouldn't rent a vehicle anywhere else!!!

I have been renting from Long Term Car Rental San Diego for almost 6 years now and have ALWAYS received EXCELLENT customer service!!!
Except during COVID, I've used them at least 1-2x/year when I go to San Diego to visit my mom.

Emil, Christina and Ashley all make customer satisfaction a top priority!

Ashley is very professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, friendly and sincere! She has EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills!

Best car rental experience I’ve ever had. Totally honest, upfront about all fees, nothing hidden, all the personnel I dealt with were excellent, especially the front desk person Ashley, So nice and helpful. My car got great mileage had no problems at all. It was a 2021 Corolla nice and clean. I frequent San Diego a lot for business and vacation, this will definitely be my go to car rental place

Great deals, nice people. I rented multiple times for a total of about 6 months and 3 vehicles. I didn’t need a flashy vehicle but reliable and inexpensive transportation for my son who was visiting. After the first rental, everything was like automatic with minimum fuss. Greatly recommended!

Great service! Very nice car, a Toyota 2021 Corolla we’ve rented 3 or 4 times in the last 2-3 years (the same car)! Efficient and very pleasant employees (or owner of the company) every time. And very competitive rental prices!!!
