Lowes, just 3 blocks from my house. It's convenient to visit for my hardware needs. I really have a warm feeling for this place. They have or had special parking slots for veterans. As of a few days ago, the signs were missing. A customer service member stated that the signs had been taken and new replacements had been ordered. It is going to be a long four years.

We went to Lowes in Salinas to check the prices for Xmas trees. They currently have 25% off. Their trees are substantially less than Home Depot. Veterans can also get a discount. The customer service department is great!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Lowe’s on 1/12 around 8:00 a.m. I arrived to pick up an online order and checked in, but nobody was there to assist me. The male manager on duty stood by the desk watching me, and when I politely asked for help, he gave me a rude, snarky response, accusing me of not checking in even though I clearly had. When he asked me to look at his screen, it was cracked and unreadable, yet he continued with his dismissive attitude.

A few minutes later, another older female employee arrived to help, but she was no better. She claimed my order wasn’t there—even though I could literally see it behind her—and then started raising her voice and giving me more attitude. Suddenly, they both began arguing with me. The female employee flat-out said she didn’t want to help me, and at this point, I felt the manager was trying to bully me. I didn’t have my physical ID on me, but I showed my order on the app—something I’ve done successfully in the past. Instead of working with me, the manager used it as an excuse to escalate the situation, shouted at me, and started to escort me out. Shortly after I left, another employee called saying they could help, but the damage was done—I had to come back, and to top it off, my order got canceled a few minutes later. This is no way to treat a paying, regular customer who’s simply trying to pick up a purchase. I’m truly appalled by how unprofessional and hostile the staff was. Lowe’s needs to address this behavior immediately if they value their customers at all.

No customer service, went today 12/10/24 9pm, as soon as we walked to the refrigerators in the back lady sitting there just walked away, we needed help after viewing for about 30 min. Seen a younger girl walk by told her we needed help, she said she was going to get someone and that never happened. On the way out we seen the lady that was sitting there earlier just sneak a look at us and was acting like she was busy.. so we came to home depot on bought the fridge, great service at the home depot..will never shop here again...

Horrible customer service, there was four crew members socializing in the aisle but none could come out to give me a propane tank that I had already paid for even tho multiple crew members were ask to help me out. After over 25 minutes finally decided to ask for my money back. Will not shop there no more, a little more of a drive to The Home Depot but I rather do the longer drive in return for a better shopping experience. I do not recommend this Salinas store.

WOW. Do Not misplace your receipt! Apparently no returns or exchanges without one.
On Black Friday I received a bucket that apparently had $150 worth of items in it. I got a battery for a brand that I don’t use, screwdrivers, Scotchgard, a Lowe’s bucket and some other rinkie dink stuff. Thanks but maybe next time put a tool that one can use with the battery. Seems like the store is struggling a bit.

Prices are competitive but their customer service sucks and the app is even worse. I ordered several items I went to curbside picked marked “here” entered the number and 15 minutes past and nobody showed up I ended up going inside the store to let them know I had been waiting for 15 minutes and the dude at the customer service says “you got to come in and tell us you are here ! Lol what’s the point of curbside pick up employees just Don’t care .
