UPDATE: The lady in the office is very nice and very helpful. I just loved her. The woman in charge of approving the applications, though, has to be the stupidest person on the planet, and that's saying a LOT! Her husband is an attorney, so obviously that makes her one too, right? Not so much. First of all, she can't read a credit report, doesn't understand credit qualifying, doesn't understand trusts, and I'm sure there is more, but why beat a dead horse? She is rude, obnoxious, and, did I mention, stupid? Having been in financial industries for almost 40 years, I can tell you, she couldn't find her butt with both hands and a flashlight. She made a lot of nonsensical demands, so I finally told her to stick it. That was last November, and I've had to wait until the end of January, because nothing has come on the market, but it has been worth it to not have to deal with something like her. Feel sorry for her husband, unless he's a jerk like she is. As, for the managers of the park, they are fantastic. I don't know how they can stand working for this idiot, though.

This is an older park for seniors 55+. This is a tenant owned property and is government subsidized for low income. The mobile homes are older ones but kept very neat and clean. The lot spaces are the smallest I've seen anywhere. There is no room for any backyard space, and only about 3 foot on each side for any type of garden or grass.

My understanding is that the minimum monthly income to qualify is $1,500 per month. Rents are roughly $460/month but in August they do an annual adjustment and if the household income is less than $35K/year then the rents are adjusted downward.

This one lady wrote a post about the lady in the office. She called her a jerk. I have been in this Park going on 29 years. Her and her husband is the best manager we have ever had. Would not trade them at all. Also the lady in the office does not have anything to do with credit or approving anyone who lives here.

This is a very clean senior park. Well kept. They have a nice community center for use of the residents. My mother in law lives here but I don't know any prices. You cannot park on the streets at night. All vehicles must be in driveways.

This is my polling place. I have been voting here in the morning for over 10 years. The volunteers are always friendly. The place is clean and spacious. And the property appears to be well maintained.

Manager Ed yoho is a angry ,incompitent,abusive,control freak.I feel like I am in prison as everything on the grounds is on lockdown that is supposed to be freely avalable to all tenants. This whole organization thinks it is above the law and does not need to obey it . I would strongly suggest if you do not plan to buy the park " FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE "
