I had an excellent experience with Green Motion Car and Van Rental, thanks to Fernando's outstanding assistance. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, making it simple and straightforward. The rental process was smooth, and the staff was professional and courteous.

I initially booked through Expedia and had to extend my rental for two days via text. This extension was handled effortlessly with no problems, which I greatly appreciated.

One aspect that stood out positively was the competitive pricing, which made the rental a great value for the money. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for my needs.

However, there are a couple of areas where I believe improvements could be made. First, the inability to return the rental after hours was a bit inconvenient, as returns are only allowed during open hours. Second, the deposit required is significantly higher compared to other car rental companies, which might be a concern for some renters.

Overall, despite these minor drawbacks, I was very satisfied with the service provided by Green Motion, and I would like to extend my gratitude to the entire team for their great service. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable car and van rentals.

Had a friend say not to book through this company. Didn’t listen and booked through a third party app that advertised unlimited mileage. But got an email from the company itself that said miles capped at 200 miles a day. Then read the horrible reviews about .55 per mile over and to pay for extra days along with horrible customer service. I was lucky enough to cancel before I got scammed. Hopefully this helps others avoid this place.

Rented a car for our weekend trip. The Toyota highlander they gave me was awesome. It was a smooth trip from renting the car to drop off. I even extended my rental one more day and they took care of it. The guys in the office are so courteous and they answered all my questions prior to picking up the car. They I formed me of the mileage situation and I told them where I needed to go and everything worked out…it was a great experience using this company. I will update once I have my refund back. 😁 Thank you

I'm extremely surprised to read so many bad reviews of Green Motion in Arcadia because I could not recommend them enough! Simon's customer service was exceptional, and he went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The rental process was seamless and the Tesla we rented was new and in excellent condition. Everything was transparent and exactly as stipulated in the contract.
Not long after we picked up the car, we were driving along the highway and a rock hit the windshield. At first it was a small chip, but it grew every day, and we returned the car with a big crack. We were devastated but Simon helped us in every way possible and reassured us he would supply our rental insurance company with all the documents necessary to get our money back, and he did. We got all our money back.
My husband and I truly appreciate his dedication to providing a high level of service and would definitely recommend him and the entire team in Arcadia to others.
Thank you so much for making our rental experience a great one Simon! If we come back to LA we will for sure contact you again.

Total scam. I would put zero but that is not an option. Don’t book if you are Canadian. Tried to put me on the hook for local insurance that was twice the price I initially paid. I have a package policy as well that covers me in the US. I walked away and reached out to Expedia. Not sure if I will get reimbursed yet or not. It should be an no brainer as far as I am concerned. Stay with the tried and true but if you are Canadian how would you necessarily know what a scam it is. Location is sketchy. Building was sketchy. Staff were super rude. Could not produce any documents that support the fees they were about to charge me. Basically just ripped me off. Not sure what the vehicles would have been like or what they would have tried to spring me on when I returned it. Expedia needs to remove this company from its website.

Great price, great service.
Clean and modern looking office. Very clean car lot, with many newer models cars all parked neatly (2 rows deep), plus a row of Ram Cargo Vans.
Tiger was helpful, efficient and gave me a good rate.
Check out was 10 min: I paid on my smartphone for the rental rate and security deposit, Tiger showed me the main functions of the van, pulled it out, did a walk around, took pictures to document, and drove off with copy of rental agreement.
Return was 10 min: Tiger checked in the van, returned my security deposit, and I left with receipt.
Great experience, highly recommend.

Rented car via Kayak.com and used caution to avoid businesses that tackle on extra costs. I specifically refuse to rent from U-Save as their added costs doubled what I paid at Kayak. When I arrived at Green Motion is U-Save. They just hung another sign on the front of the building.
