Aaron and the team at M2O Marine were absolutely amazing to work with! They made us feel like family as soon as we walked into the dealership. This was our first time purchasing a jet boat, and Aaron personally delivered our boat to us on San Vicente Lake, and spent 4 hours teaching us how to operate and drive it, until he made sure we were comfortable. Aaron is very patient and fun, and we had a blast learning from him! He was great with our kids as well!! I couldn’t have asked for a better teacher! This is my first time ever purchasing a boat Charlie and Allen made this very easy with the whole process. I have had my Yamaha 2020 212S into the service department twice in the last year. First time, I had an engine code come up. I called Brett in the service department and he said bring the boat in the same day. His staff diagnosed the issue within minutes and replace an O2 sensor under warranty. Total time in the shop was less than 30 minutes.

The most recent experience was for substantial gel coat repair which was caused by exposed nails in a boat slip. Brett and his team worked with the insurance company and did an amazing job on the repairs. There is no sign of the damage and the boat looks like it did brand new. Brett and his team go above and beyond in a world where customer service is generally dead. Great JOB M2O!

My experience with M2O Marine and Aaron Morgante was amazing!!! I met Aaron at the Long Beach Bart Hall show. Aaron was very informative and personable. He has a fun has a great easy going personality, and was not pushy about purchasing a boat. Aaron spent hours with me explaining and demonstrating how to do things on various Yamaha boats. Overall Aaron helped me purchase my new 2023 Yamaha AR230. But the experience didn’t end there! Aaron and M2O Marine took me out on the lake and taught my wife and I everything about the boat. This was extremely valuable as this is my first boat. Aaron was a great teacher and had great patients with me as I went through everything with a fine tooth comb. Aaron went above and beyond in my opinion.

Allen was also great to work with on the finance side.

Following my very first conversation with Ian on the phone it was practically a done deal that I would be purchasing a boat from M2O Marine as an out of state buyer. Ian gets customer service and really wants you to be happy and end up with the right boat for you. I was overly delighted when we took delivery of our new boat as the whole experience was outstanding.

Upon arrival on a Saturday morning Aaron met us and already had the Yamaha 242 Limited SE attached to his truck to take us to a local lake for a few hours to demonstrate how everything worked out on the water. What a knowledgeable and outstanding guy – he really carried on the high level of customer service that started with Ian. After our time on the water we went back to the office to finalize the deal – I was so pleased to see that all the paperwork coincided exactly to what Ian and I had previously agreed to on the phone. The part that really floored me was that Ian offered to store the boat until we were ready to head home so we could have a little long weekend getaway during this whole process. That was absolutely amazing and I cannot thank him enough.

We had a small issue with a part after we got the boat back home and I had personally made a decision to not utilize my local dealer for service. I called Brett at M2O in service and he went above and beyond to help me out in every way he could to resolve my issue – things are now perfect and we wouldn’t be here without Brett’s help.

Buy a boat from these folks, seriously. Go here for service, go here for parts, they have a customer centric culture and will take care of you while offering boats, accessories, etc. at very competitive prices. I will not go anywhere else in the future. Happy boating all!
