I recently purchased a 2024 Husqvarna FE350 S from Magnum Motorsports, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience! From start to finish, the service was top-notch, and it’s clear that customer satisfaction is their number one priority.

Preston in Sales was exceptional! He took the time to listen to all of my needs, answered every question I had, and provided detailed information about the bike without being pushy. His knowledge and enthusiasm made the entire buying process seamless, and I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. He really went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the perfect bike for my riding style.

Larry the owner was very nice and down to earth.

Additionally, Jake in Parts was fantastic. I had several requests for additional parts and accessories, and he was incredibly helpful in sourcing everything I needed. He took the time to ensure I was getting the right parts for my bike and even helped me with some suggestions to enhance my riding experience. Jake’s attention to detail and willingness to help made a big difference. I had made a few calls in the day before and the other parts person Chris was also very helpful.

Overall, the entire team at Magnum Motorsports made my purchase experience a breeze, and I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new bike or motorcycle gear. Even though I live 2 hours away, the drive was worth it. The professionalism, friendliness, and expertise displayed by Preston and Jake truly set this dealership apart. I want to give a special shout out to Nate the master mechanic; he took the time to explain everything I needed to know about my new Husqvarna FE 501 S. Everyone at this place is just awesome. Collin made the purchase painless, Shai got my first service sorted out, Kevin managed to get my bike back to me in time for the weekend. Their parts department is also amazing with Jake hooking me up with a great sounding exhaust. Can't say enough good things.

Robb at Magnum Motorsports is what I want all salespeople to be like whenever I go to a motorcycle dealership! He was very informative and extremely welcoming to my family and me. I'm a newly licensed rider and walked in to check out the Svartpilen 401. Robb let me check it out, and told me I was free to jump on and check the ride height and seating position. I won't be buying just yet, but this is definitely the spot I'm heading to when I'm ready in a few months. Ask for Robb, he'll take care of you!

Best motorcycle shopping experience ever I am a very picking buyer and they were very accommodating and patient with me they don’t gouge on price they gave me a great discount on a helmet since I bought the bike there. The technician there was so helpful and knowledgeable made me very comfortable with a bike purchase and explaining everything on the bike. From the sales person Eddie and the manager to the financing and great parts staff too! it was a painless quick and enjoyable process. They try to get you into the right bike for you with out pushy sales pitches. This place is the last great family motorcycle shops from what I remember from growing up. I will buy all my bikes from here from now on. By the way the show room is beautiful! Excellent job Magnum Motorsports! I love my Husqvarna 701 !!! Thank you!

Well, this is no fault of the employees or the parts department itself. The owners are going to be in for a real mess if they don’t figure this out soon. I called up today to get a receipt for a wire extension. I had bought at Mulholland for a warranty claim with Harley-Davidson. When the owners bought Mulholland and brought the parts department up to this location. They did not bring the Talon system that Mulholland ran on with them as they are a light speed dealership. This is fine, however, no one thought to migrate all of the customer data and receipts over to their light speed system. Something which can absolutely be done if you take the time to do it.

They just decided to delete every single customer record within Mulholland system which also includes any customers at top rocker or Barger. I was informed that there is absolutely zero information on any previous purchases in regards to parts. And I would Not be surprised if that also goes for motorcycle purchases as well, including any sort of prepaid maintenance and tire packages sold through the dealership.

To the management team: you better figure this out or you’re gonna start having a whome lot of angry customers we haven’t even bought a single thing from your store.

It was a great deal on a pre-owned bike that got me in the door. What followed next was the chillest, most zero-pressure, and honest experience I’ve ever had at a motorcycle dealership. The showroom is super clean and they’re located in a former bowling alley which makes for a cool layout. They specialize in Husqvarna, KTM, & Gasgas but include their preowned bikes and they’ve got something for nearly every rider. Pretty sweet late 90s alt rock playlist, too. Eddie the sales guy, Larry the sales manager, Paul the owner — solid group of guys. They even went above and beyond with my deal, making sure I rode off with a fresh battery - that was like the cherry on top. These guys are straight shooters. Check ‘em out.
