After what I thought was a very pleasant experience with this company, upon return of their vehicle I was accused of smoking as well as having a pet in their vehicle. Everyone living here in LA doesn’t smoke. As a NON SMOKER who doesn’t own a single pet and explained (with pictures for proof) that there were dog hairs all over the interior upon pick up and that the car may not have been properly cleaned prior to my renting. It was highly offensive and confusing. To leave a false review on me after it was cleared up. Unprofessional.
