Update: Blue Rain on 119 has towels

We’ve had a membership for years here. Recently they have stopped providing towels and added a additional charge vending machine. This was an included “service” when we purchased our membership. In addition, on multiple occasions I’ve shown up to no bug wash available, and the attendants didn’t bother to spray anything on the vehicle. This results in bugs still being on my vehicle, not one or two(see pictures). It’s obvious the management has become very complacent. We will be canceling our membership and moving to a car wash over the mountain.

Save your statement of a towel supply shortage when you’ve installed vending machines suppling towels as an additional expense. That’s not a supply shortage, it’s a business decision to capture revenue without an additional service or expense from the business. This is a 1 start review due to the replies from the business in previous reviews citing a supply shortage of towels. If the business owner can prove a supply shortage I will update the review.

the facility is clean but seat your own risk took my toyo tundra crewmax through their wash and ended up with a long scratch on the tailgate spoke to management they took a pic and stated that it wasn't to bad of a scratch never made any mention to fix the issue. do as you will but I don't recommend them at all if you so just remeber your at your own risk if damaged

Let’s me use the vacuums whenever, and gave me a free car wash since it’s my first time since they upgraded! The girl that helped me was also very nice and had great customer service!
