4 months to get parts in and then having to put up with the service manager attitude. He didn't like me complaining about bad instillation of a part on a previous visit. I didn't think they should install a part with a zip tie.

We purchased a used vehicle with 70,000 miles. They offered an 8 yr 120,000 warranty for $54 a month for 6 years, totaling $3,888 . The warranty would have expired in 4 years, leaving me to pay 2 additional years for something that can not be used. Do your math and ask for a few minutes before purchasing any extended warranty. We love our 2019 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XSE

I would love to give more stars but they sold me a used vehicle that was certified but had coolant issues from the start. It's now 6 months later and the vehicle has been in the shop 3 times now. I get it, this is what you get when you buy used but certified used vehicles undergo a so many points inspection before being resold and they clearly missed the ball on this one. Now the guy who done all of the paperwork has quit and can't give any kind of information at all now. Just be picky about what you buy and who you buy it from. ‍♀️

They did what I brought my vehicle in for. I had to ask about tires and things for them to tell me anything. They did nothing extra to be helpful or go out of their way. But I had no problems with the very basic oil change.

I had a wonderful car buying experience due to Wyatt and Derek working together to get me the deal I wanted. They were more than willing to replace a couple of parts that were worn-out. Getting a free oil change didn't hurt either.

I was so disappointed in this dealership. I am a single mom, I have always used dealerships to service my car. I moved here from out of state, so naturally went to the local dealership. I had an oil change and fluid check along with tire rotation. I planned to return at a later date for brakes because I could hear them squeaking when I applied pressure on them. When my car was done, I paid and noticed on the check list by the mechanic that brakes were not needed. I told the front service man about that and he said let's go look. We went to my car. I had requested that the hub caps be removed and placed in the back of my car when they rotated the tire as one was missing. As we walked out to look I said that he didn't remove the hubs as requested. The man told me it was lunch time and the mechanic was probably in a hurry. Excuse me? Lunch time? As we went around the other side of the car we noticed that the tire rotation had not been done, yet they charged me. The man returned to the cashier with me and the cashier said how do you know the rotation was not completed. The man with me, the front service man said. The tires are in the exact same position. Probably the only honest guy at this place. She refunded my monies for the tire rotation and I said, how do I know that the service had been done? She answered I can guarantee that the work was done. Oh really? Guarantee me? I at that point cancelled my brake appointment. I will never return to this place again
Single woman be careful if lunch is near customer satisfaction goes out the window for self gratification of food to tummy out weights your safety and your family safety as well. Had I not asked to have the hubs removed they would have simply gone about their day taking advantage of the fact that I was trusting them. But hey guys you were caught. Your laziness, hunger and the need to take advantage of this woman has failed. I congratulate the front man in the service department who was the only person who actually cared about the customer. He was like a breath of fresh air whereas the other employees were like a breath of smog filled air. Scape of 1 to 10......-11.

This place is great. Friendly people, good service and a large selection of vehicles and even a few motorcycles. The service department does a good job, they have a top of the line alignment machine and skilled technicians.
