I remember watching mark martin race at tri state speedway in pocola, but until recently had never made it up to the museum in Batesville. There's several cars here and alot of trophies and uniforms. We'll worth a stop. Take time to read some of the articles. A lot of changes to inside of race cars through the years. Nascar was much better back in the Winston cup days

I purchased a misrepresented vehicle with issues from this dealership about 8 months ago (They also failed to produce a title in 8 months and took $11,000 of my money fraudulently via wire transfer. Yes you read that right I still don't have a title for a vehicle I paid for 8 months ago which is illegal).

It was an out-of-state purchase that I wasn't able to inspect in person so I relied on the videos/pictures provided by the sales people on the condition of the vehicle. Please see below for the videos sent to me showing the vehicles convertible roof when I asked since the vehicle has not been sold in 6 months and sat on their lot. I specifically asked on the phone for the current condition since the car sat on their lot for over 6 months. Fast forward a week I was delivered the car in the second video you can see. The car was delivered to another local dealership that I purchased several cars before. After the delivery as the car was sitting outside I tried to operate the roof to see if everything worked as in the video that I was provided. The roof mechanism got stuck with the roof clearly dismantled and missing its outer cover as everyone can see in the picture. We also found out that the videos provided to me were actually taken 6 months prior when they were represented as from that day of the conversation (fortunately the videos they sent were taken by iphones that will provide the date it was taken as shown in the pictures below also).

When I reached out to the dealership about the issue I was basically offered $1,000 to go away in a very condescending way. In addition to this clear misrepresentation on their end they have failed to produce a title to me leaving me with a broken vehicle that I am paying insurance/storage for. The car is still 12 miles away from where it was delivered in storage with the same mileage (we had a death in our family and some other issues that we were dealing with at the time so I did not have the time to deal with this). Fortunately there are still honest dealerships out there helping customers that were wronged by other not so honest ones.I have dealership employees who are willing to provide sworn statements about the entire process who witnessed the roof getting stuck in rain as I tried to test it. I am going to be reaching out to local agencies to see if I can at least get a title for the broken car they sold to me but meantime I wanted to share this terrible experience that I am still going through so whoever is reading this can hopefully avoid this dealership.

HAPPY UPDATE AT BOTOOM. First thing if you have any doubt this place isn't real get rid of that I'm here to say 25mins from tuscaloosa Al - Roll Tide!! YES, They are! This was our first online dealings and purchase I was nervous at first asked for several things and did my research I was became very assure everything was real my husband still nervous till the car pulled up and they drove it down 5ish hours away took little longer then that to get to our place. It was very obvious the car was wonderful. 3 weeks now it is Amazing! We have nothing to complain about! Caleb really took care of us and we enjoyed meeting Rick Jones and his wife! They have several drivers and this is who brought ours. He had everything checked over and fresh oil change before it came down for us also. Thank you to Caleb and the Mark martin ford company for my beautiful highlander!! I couldn't be happier!! I'm happy to give reassurance to anyone who could ever be in doubt Caleb has my full permission to hand out my number anytime! Roll tide Roll lol!! Caleb is a super hero. I have my own reasons but car dealerships and the whole process of car shopping gives me extreme anxiety. Like, I do not even want to walk in, taking to salesman is a truly physical act for me. Needless to say, I am not an easy customer to deal with but Caleb went above and beyond to accomodate my challenges. Caleb made sure at every step to communicate with me in the manner i was most comfortable, he fought it out with financing and negotiated my terms based very fairly off of what I told him I was comfortable with. In the end he was able to get me into something brand new and reliable and beautiful and he made sure everything was ready to go so I only had to be at the dealership for a little time as possible.
So yeah, Caleb is my super hero and I will continue to recommend him to anyone I know who may be shopping for a new vehicle.
