If you ever want to buy a boat, or want your mastercraft serviced by true professionals, this is the place to go. Tanner and his team make every effort to treat their customers with the utmost professionalism and care. They have gone above and beyond for me and my X-Star surf 2022. Prior to the X-Star we had a 2015 x20. Mastercraft has the best warranty in the biz, and mastercraft lake Powell serviced any need no matter how small that arose with each of my boats. I can't say enough accolades for this location. I have not dealt with either of the two other locations, but they must be equally awesome. Tanner and team, thank you so much.

Great service from Ryan. We damaged a prop on our Malibu Response and needed a replacement. The service tech was at lunch so Ryan changed our prop himself while we waited and he had us headed back to the lake in less that 30 minutes. Also he charged us a very fair price. I would definitely do business with them again.

They went above and beyond to help us in an emergency situation. Bobby called me back after seeing he had missed my call and I explained the situation. He told us to bring our boat over to their shop and he would see what he could do. They were able to fix our problem so we could get back on the water! I cannot thank them enough!

During our trip to Lake Powell we had some alternator issues with our Supra boat. The next morning we went into the shop and they got us taken in right away and fixed our alternator all within 4 hours. They were super helpful and friendly. Great service and facility. Awesome experience! Tanner and Cole are amazing. We purchased from out of state and these guys made us feel beyond comfortable. After they sent me videos, pics of every square inch of the boat, We worked out a deal and they took it from there. They had the boat all ready for us when we arrived and took us out on lake Powell for the afternoon. I’m telling you, these guys are terrific. It’s like doing business with family. They just go so far above and beyond. They rewinterized the boat, had it all detailed and wrapped for transport. I met with their service lead for about 40 mins to go over every mechanical detail of the boat. Let me tell you, their service dept does about double what your avg shop does. Belt and suspenders! Incredible. It’s just so reassuring because it’s so rare these days.

The boat was gently used but they went over that thing with a fine toothed comb. I couldn’t believe how well the addresses every single little thing on the boat. They replaced things that may not necessarily “needed” to be replaced, but they value their reputation. If you buy from your avg seller, you’ll have no idea what you’re going to get. Let me tell ya, I’m a mechanical engineer and these guys meticulously went so far above and beyond to make sure every little mechanical detail is ship shape.

My family just could not believe how professional and welcoming this team is. I’ve never had such a positive buying experience. They went so far above and beyond.

Let me add that all service had been complete. Upon receiving this boat the dealer:
replaced a speaker, all fluids and filters, spark plugs, gaskets, ignition wiring, repair boat cover, buffed the swim platform, did a costly and comprehensive 300 hr service, replaced trailer wheel and axle, replaced trailer tires, and brake fluid, replaced the winch strap, etc, etc.
I'm just so proud to see a place that still has enough pride to do this. No individual owner would ever do any of this, and it would be my chore. Totally worth it to get from this dealership and have absolute confidence. You 100% know that they aren't skipping any steps or trying to save on cost. Totally worth it. You will have no concerns buying from this group.

These guys are rockstars! Unfortunately, I have had to visit them several times on my trips to Powell and each time they have bent over backwards to help me get back out on the lake.
