I was VERY pleased with my experience here. Living in another city I didn't know that Walmart is unable to do tire/wheel alignment at any of their facilities. But, I had already purchased new tires and had them mounted and balanced. So, I made an appointment online to get my car alignment done. I believe the standard charge here is $99, but there is a $10 discount coupon you can download from their website. Upon arrival I checked in with the young man up front and in just a few minutes they pulled my car in and started work. A few minutes later they told me that my car was in perfect alignment and did not require any work. I needed one of my headlight bulbs replaced as I tried myself and was only successful with replacing one side. They immediately went to work on helping me address that issue and put everything in perfect order. Everyone there was friendly and very helpful. This is a busy location and like most businesses today have a hard time finding qualified staff members. My suggestion would be (if possible) to make an appointment online for the very first time slot available each day. This should help ensure that any waiting will be minimized.

Wonderful experience this weekend! needed a valve stem replaced and asked if they could check the others as well on Saturday evening and even though they were short handed and it was close to closing time they were so nice and did all of it and never made me feel like it was a hassle. Didn't try to pressure me to do other things that I didn't ask to be done or overcharge me. Very nice people and great experience. I will definitely come back here when I need anything else.

My first time coming here. Had a nail in my tire. They got me in very quickly. The tech was very helpful. Failed friendly staff. Very low key and quiet facility. I would definitely recommend to a friend or family member.

Please, I’d like the name of the woman at the desk in Anniston Al. I’d left my yeti there for days. Had figured I’d lost it. The lady at the desk called me days later and asked if it was mine. I came in the following Monday and she’d washed it and had it sitting out of me. She was quite amazing and that type of customer service goes a long way in my opinion. Please get me her name so I can properly thank her.

This place has great customer service and a place for the kids inside as well people are very respectful. I had something stuck in my tire and they were really nice and it didn't take them long at all. definitely will be back when I have another problem!
