BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! These guys suck soooooooo bad!!!! I ordered two dirt bikes from these guys and have had nothing but problems since. One of the dirt bikes shipped with a leaking gas tank after I paid for the fee for full assembly and testing. The only resolution they had for me was to ship me a new gas tank and would not refund the assembly and testing fee. Good thing I know what I’m doing. The other dirtbike fell over on its side and was damaged during shipping. Although they replaced the bike, they screwed up the paperwork and now I can’t get the vehicles licensed. The customer service is absolutely no help and lack people skills. If you are looking for garbage products with no customer service then this is your store. I’m so disappointed with the quality and customer service.

I ordered a Templar from this company, and experienced great customer service from Zora. They worked quickly to resolve my issues. The MCO service was fast and free, with the certificate already listed as a “motorcycle”. Bike showed up 5 days later fully assembled and turned on right after I put gas in it. I would not hesitate to buy another bike from them.

I ordered a moped from this website cause it had much lower prices than others. I got really nervous after ordering it cause I saw a lot of negative reviews. It took two weeks for my moped to come in from the day I ordered it. Mind you, during that time was the 4th of July so the shipping company wasn’t open for a couple days. There was no damage and the moped is in great shape and true to the statement of origin mileage . They were also very good about responding to my emails after I ordered. I haven’t had to deal with any warranties or anything yet. If I do deal with those and it still seems to be a good business I’ll come back and give them 5 stars .

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. This company is hands down the worst business I have ever bought anything from. I ordered a go kart for my son through their website. Their website says you have to call within 6 hours to cancel order. I called 10 minutes after ordering to cancel but could not get through to anyone. I called and left voicemails 7 more times over the next few days. I emailed the company and sent instant messages through their website. NO RESPONSE. Then 3 days later they finally responded and said my order could not be cancelled because it was already shipped. (They marked the order shipped at 11pm and sent me the email 5 hours later at 4am). Today I received the go kart and was told by the shipping company that I could not open the crate if I was going to refuse delivery. So after they got it off the truck and dropped it in my driveway and drove off, I opened it up....... THE GO KART WAS COVERED IN MUD AND DIRT, BROKEN, RIPPED, AND SCRATCHED FENDERS, BREAK SYSTEM LEAKING BRAKE FLUID, FOOT PADS BROKEN OFF OF FLOOR BOARD, HOLES IN FLOORBOARD WITH RANDOM SCREWS STICKING THROUGH, MISSING BOLTS AND PARTS, ALMOST EVERY PART SCRATCHED AND/OR RUSTY, ENTIRE ENGINE PUSHED SIDEWAYS AND THE SPROCKETS MISS-ALIGNED WITH CHAIN ABOUT TO FALL OFF, ENGINE LEAKING OIL, SHIFT LINKAGE BROKEN, HOLE IN THE AIR FILTER, HOSE FROM THE CRANKCASE BROKEN OFF.... and the bag with bolts and parts in it, opened that up to find whatever plastic cover that is supposed to be attached was broken too! This company is a scam they will NOT fix your issue, they will not refund your money, they do not care.

Really dissapointed in this company. At first I loved this scooter. It's really cute. Parts started to crack or break on it about 2 months in. When I emailed for new parts they said that parts "aren't under warranty" so if parts aren't what the heck is? It also had issues one day where it died while driving during the warranty. It turns out it was the fuel screw next to the carberator. Honestly I should have gotten my money back then had I known how poorly this scooter would run. Now after having it for 5 months it completly died on me while driving. Clicks but won't turn over. I changed the oil, fuel filter, spark plug, it has half a tank of gas so that's not it either. I'm really dissapointed in this company. This scooter should not have died like this after owing it for such a short time. I also OWE $937.85 still on the scooter as I opted for the payment plan.

We received the dirt bike. It was missing several bolts. We had to go find these at a local hard ware store. We called and reported this to customer service and they did send the missing part but it took 2 weeks to get them. Once the bike was up and running our son has really enjoyed it until yesterday. We are constantly tightening the bolts. They work there way loose constantly. We have been putting lock tight on them as we find them loose however a few where missed and worked there way loose on the rear sprocket and engine cover. This caused my son to have an accident. He was wearing the proper gear but the bike will need some repairs.I have called and emailed them with no response to even help me get the replacement parts. Please if you order for a child, check and tighten everything on a daily basis.
Update- We are currently waiting on the parts. They were very nice and did not charge for the parts but it took many phone calls to get through. I will post an update if and when parts arrive.
The parts arrived and are the wrong parts. Now they will not answer the phone.

Yes my 50cc moped came a little banged up from shipping. Sent maxpro pics of damage and they have sent me replacement fender in no time. Thank you zora who has taken care of me through the process and have worked with me diligently i recommend xpro llc to new buyers and past customers. Remember guys things get banged up a little in the process be patient and calm. And xpro will take care of the problem peace..

I purchased a 2024 xpro templar the engine is knocking like a rod is about to fly out after only 400 miles. Break in procedure followed to the t. Now I haven’t been able to ride in two months and they keep wanting me to replace random parts. They also asked me to disassemble the engine and send them a picture of the crank and rod. This place is a joke just buy something from a reputable dealer locally. I wish I had!
