**UPDATE: Spoke with Management there and they quickly handled the situation very professional and understanding. For that I will edit my review once more! McCurry Van & Car rental takes pride in the work that they do! Thank you to everyone who assisted me and my original review stands that one was a great experience!

**UPDATE: just got an email about giving a Google review on a recent rental on Aug 3rd-8th for an intermediate car my family is large I own a large SUV nothing I can do with that! $386.21 of charges on my credit card! By the same person who did my July reservation Ayana Tyree I am beyond pissed and will be reporting this I HAVE NOT RENTED from them since July 26th. Taking my five star review back!!! Reporting as fraud!

The service was great renting process was easy, PRICE WAS RIGHT! The only place that had a vehicle that could accommodate my family of 10, so we drove to Tuscaloosa from Birmingham for the rental. Staff were nice and friendly! Vehicle wasn’t cleaned and ready at our arrival time and took a while so we didn’t get in and out as we hoped, but we will return and this will be our #1 rental choice whenever we need a 12 passenger van! Thanks everyone that assisted me!

Great service. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The vehicle we rented was nice and clean. The rental process was easy and the price was on point. I was very pleased and will rent from them again in the future.

The environment and establishment is very warm and welcoming. Overall, I love the fast process and costumer service that was provided during my time of business. Freddie was excellent with explaining the process and how everything works; however, it would have been a five star review if I would’ve at least received a notice of how much my reimbursement would be for the days that I didn’t use the rental instead of just how long it will take to be processed back to me. I am willing to change it if someone could provide me that information. I will be using this service again in the future and recommend it to anyone needing a rental for any purpose.

Reliable, affordable, convenient, dependable, trustworthy and I’ll forever only use them!
I vacuum and washed the car before I returned it and they don’t even require that! ? Respect… I love this company!
