Well, I just wanna say what a great experience I had, there was a pretty big oil leak and they were great in cleaning it up Finding the leak and repairing it and in a timely manner. My second visit I went in for riser bushings get rid of the stock mushy ones. Lo and behold the mechanic found my handlebars had cracked at the wire loom hole almost 360°. So I had to order new bars picked up the bike yesterday. What a difference know if you’re connected to the motorcycle and have low vibration in the bars. Very nice again thank you guys for all your hard work.

The whole experience was a breeze start to finish. Heidi was awesome and super helpful, as well as everyone else. They helped me get the bike I wanted and it was better than I imagined. Overall I will definitely being going back to get the next bike.

Just did the first service on my bagger. The service and sales department were great. Added some new rear shocks. The service advisor was professional and polite. The technician did an amazing job. The attention to detail and quality of work was top notch. A big shot out to the parts guys for finding my after market shocks and getting them delivered quickly. The bike rides like a Cadillac now. McGuire has done a great job of hiring folks that know the right balance between being available when you need them and patient when you just want to browse. They aren't pushing a sale and know that a purchase of a motorcycle takes time. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about the bikes, accessories, and local rides.

Heidi helped my sons and I find the perfect bike for my wife and encouraged her to explore her options so that she was comfortable and excited about her bike.

I didn't buy my Harley here, but did get it serviced and extend my warranty here. I cannot recommend the service department enough. They went far above and beyond to ensure my bike was in great condition and safe to ride. They updated me whenever they noticed anything other than what we originally talked about, gave me an accurate estimate for completion and took care of much more. I felt respected by the staff on the phone and in person. 10/10, highly recommend using McGuire for whatever you need.

I recently visited this bike shop with the intention of purchasing a new bike, but I was extremely disappointed with the experience. They wouldn’t allow me to test ride the bike before buying it, which means I had no way of knowing if it would actually suit me or not. How am I supposed to make an informed decision without getting a feel for the bike first? To make matters worse, I felt judged by the staff based on the clothes I was wearing when I walked in. This isn’t the kind of service or atmosphere I expected when looking to make such a significant purchase. I won’t be returning.
