This is an awesome service my son's grandfather is in a wheelchair and every time that he has to go to his doctor's appointments it's been a struggle with transportation. But this company here has been amazing and Julie the dispatcher she is super sweet and so nice she has the best customer service she goes beyond to make sure that everything is schedule she makes you feel like you're more than just a customer. I definitely recommend this company to anyone with family members who are in a wheelchair and need assistance. I am so grateful that there is a company like Medwest Express out there who provide this type of service. Will continue to use there services.

My husband and I are extremely happy with Medwest Express! This is our first experience having to rely on an outside source to get to medical appointments and we were dreading it. I did my research and decided on Medwest based on pricing and reviews, and they are awesome. From making the appointment with the dispatcher on the phone to the pickup and return, the staff is friendly, experienced, timely, helpful and fun people. We hired Medwest Express Transportation to move a hospice patient from the hospital in Paramount to Santa Clarita. Let me tell you the admin lady was super helpful, she made the whole process run smooth and she made sure to follow up. The family was real happy with the move and the patient made it home safely.

Yesterday, I used Medwest Transportation for the first time. Frankie was my driver, and he was friendly and professional. I arrived early for my appointment. The ride was comfortable and very clean. The extra amount I paid to retain the driver on site for the duration of my visit was well spent. I would highly recommend Medwest for all of your non-emergency medical transportation needs. I look forward to using Medwest in the future.

The agent who assisted me with scheduling my moms appointment ride was prompt and courteous. Medwest transortation was absolutely stellar in our opinion. We used them for gourney transportation and our crew of of Tony & Sylvia arrived on time and were very courteous and extremely professional. They were very accommodating and treated our family like we were part of their own. The company as a whole was very organized from the time of booking till everyone was back at home safe & sound. We will be using their services again in the future, highly recommended !

04/09/2019 Midwest Express Provided us with Excellent Service. This was our first time using the service after receiving denials for help through my Mother's medical. We were stressed out because My Mom needed assistance to get down our apartment stairs and Thanks to Medwest Express and their Professional, Compassionate and Friendly Worker's we had Brian and Miguel. They made us feel comfortable and were so helpful and kind. They got us to my Mother's appt at the Hospital and when we were done? All I had to do was call the number on the card they gave us and they arrived promptly. We will certainly use Medwest again if we need to and We will highly recommend their service. Thank You to all the Kind People at Medwest Express.

Booked our first service and our confirmation call and driver were on time both going and returning. Our driver Tony was great and after mentioning what type of music we like to listen to, he played that on the return drive home. I have already booked our next trip!
