As we sit on our boat again this afternoon, I was taken back to our initial purchase so many years ago. We will never forget Mello Marine (Lisa I believe) helping us find "The One" that best fit my wife and two little ones. Oh the places we have been (Englebright Lake, Bullards Bar, Lake Tahoe, and now Norris Lake here in Tennessee). My kids grew up on the water with countless memories, laughs and wonderful times. Life is short, buy a boat, crank up good tunes, grill burgers, watch fireworks from the water on 4th of July, and take lots of pictures..

Had one of the most wonderful days hosted by Mello Marine for ladies on the lake day hosted by Sally Mello. She was extremely educational, friendly, thoroughly knowledgeable about all things related to boat safety, towing, hitches, best practices and how to be a responsible person on the water. Felt comfortable by the end of the day, handling the boat, docking and knowing what to do the next time we’re out on the water with friends. Thank you so much for having us and bringing fun and safety to boating!!

Sally Mello held an all-women’s intro-to-boating day. It was a non-intimidating environment for everyone to get hands on training with a vessel on land, launching, in water and trailering. It was such a positive group and she was a very patient instructor. I’m glad I made the drive for the experience!

Awesome place to buy your water toys. Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly. I received a great deal on a new SUP board and accessories! I even inquired about a boat and received more information then expected...an awesome experience. They even went out of their way so I can pick up my new purchase early and in a safe manner! Met some of the staff out on the water afterwards in which I still received the most friendliest help and advise! Best thing is no pushing for sales, just educating for the best match up so we (as customers) have the best experience. I recommend everyone to come here!

My husband and I purchased a boat from Sally sight unseen from a different state and had it shipped. Sally was awesome to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we hd all the info possible and to make sure we felt good about our purchase of a used boat. She assured us it was mechanically sound and aesthetically very clean and it did not disappoint. It's actually been a year since our purchase and we could not be happier. They are very honest and ethical people and trusted them enough to buy a used boat from them and didn't even see the boat in person before it arrived at my house. I would highly recommend buying a boat from them new or used because of how I was treated and the product we received.

The service department is absolutely outstanding! We have a small boat and not one of the beautiful expensive boats on their lot. The guys in the service department made us feel welcome and do not have the typical boat dealer arrogance. A pleasure to do business with and we will continue to patronize Mello Marine.

Sally and the entire team at Mello made the purchase of our beautiful new custom ordered FI23 a pleasure. We were somewhat dreading the idea of purchasing new, because one, we thought we could get more bang for our buck used, but after seeing the FI23 and talking/dealing with the sales team we were sold. Secondly, we like most, hate car sales people which I can say that they are definitely not. They were very upfront and helpful throughout the entire process. We also never felt pushed to spend more than what we needed in fact they were helping us take things away to help cut costs so that we felt comfortable with the payment and yet were still happy with the end product. From walking into the showroom up until delivery the customer service we received was exceptional. We love our new boat!!! Thank you very much to the team at Mello Marine.
