I brought my car to Mellow Motors for the first time for my annual service after having gone to the dealer for years. Great experience. Liz at the front desk was great with communication and answered all of my questions. I got an appointment in a couple days. After dropping my car off, I received a call from the technician to go over the recommended service and to answer any questions I had. They explained all of my options with pricing before doing any work. They didn't try to pressure me into anything, which I really appreciated. Their prices were very fair and they had my car ready the same day. I will be back whenever I need any service done in the future.

We are very pleased with the repairs, excellent service and very fair pricing we received at Mellow Motors. Liz and Nick did an excellent job overseeing the repair work and everything was completed as promised. The repairs were extensive and the final cost was as estimated with no surprise increase. The 3-year guarantee was a nice bonus. We very much appreciate the value we received and very pleased with the quality from the experienced service team. I keep returning to Mellow Motors because I trust them. They give clear explanations of the work needed and what it will cost, and also advise when maybe you don't need to rush to get something fixed. The paperwork shows a detailed breakdown ofparts and labor. Everyone on the team is courteous and friendly.

They predominantly work on BMW's but they deal with Mercedes and other makes. Liz is always delightful and helpful. I've never had a negative experience over many years. Starts with the call, to hook your car up to the diagnostics. That's a one time fee, but is pretty standard and make the decision whether to proceed. It usually does not take long for the news. I think they are reasonably priced for these models, right on the problem and try hard to get your car back soon. After completion they will call to explain the work, answering your questions. If they are closing and the car is ready, Liz can do a "lockout" and you can retrieve the car so you're not without.

Incredibly thorough, competent and high integrity team. If there were 10 stars Mellow Motors would get 10. I took my car to BMW and they did nothing to it for two days. Took it to Mellow Motors. They carefully worked out the problem and fixed the car. All the people at Mellow Motors are so nice. Why take your car any were else?

Excellent experience!!! I was in dire need of an emergency repair on my Fiat 500. I called and was kindly greeted by Liz who immediately let me know that, based on volume, my car might not be able to be looked at until the next day. I was thankful for the honesty instead of a false claim that I'd be serviced right away. In spite of her warning my car was actually evaluated the same day and was given a general overview of what the initial projections were. Nick was amazing giving me the projected scope of the situation but was also honest in telling me that things could change after a more thorough examination. I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process with no delays and I'm more than satisfied with my repairs. The entire staff from Liz at the front and Nick who was directly involved with repairs performed well above anything I've ever experienced at any repair shop and any dealer. Along with my Fiat I've also owned multiple BMWs and Mercedes vehicles. I wish I would have done more research and found these folks sooner. I would highly recommend Mellow Motors to anyone who wants the best service possible for their vehicles. They are far superior to any dealer I've ever been to. They will make sure your needs are taken care of and won't sell you things you don't need. If I could give them 10 stars I would but Google limits that ability.
