I sent my car in for service and this situation has been a complete hardship! Sent my car for key programming,oil change and key to be cut. Got my car back not wanting to start. Never ever had problems before. David at the dealership refused to correct there mistake, whatever they messed up. He sounded upset because i brought in my own key to be programmed. And said its a possibility there worker tried the key to hard and broke something in the ignition. Then he tells me" im not going to fix everything wrong with the car". They caused the issue. I will definitely be looking into some type of lawsuit. I just had surgery and cant get around now. This has caused so much stress. All i wanted was simple in and out. Whatever they did should be fixed by the service department! Luis and David at the dealership shame on you and i hope it comes back on u!

Respectfully, the car service department is trash. My husband took our car in because it has like 10 dash lights on and we paid almost 1K to get it fixed and the lights came on again. We set up another appointment for it and apparently they can’t check the car because my husband disconnected the battery so he car drive it there. (The car doesn’t drive when the dash lights are on) So thank you for wasting our time and money.

Leave it to Merced to let me down,this is the worst Honda in ca This is my first time buying a car from the dealer I got the car with 0 miles and it didn’t even last me long 20k miles before needing a rear main seal and now there putting in a new short block i already hated the car before and this just added to my hate I’m about to lose my job because this is my only car to work I bought this car to be my daily for my far commute and it’s always letting me Down.Nobody buy a car from here
