Max was fantastic. I needed to replace my car quickly but wanted to build a car to order. My previous dealership did not take my needs seriously. Max called in a favor to get the soonest build slot (a month earlier). Plus he worked with me to get the build exactly right. He gave me a great deal and followed up with me regularly during the whole process. I will be recommending him to everyone I know.

We had a great experience working with Mercedes-Benz of Marin. It was worth the 2 hour drive from Sacramento. Derek was great to work with over a few weeks and we were finally able to get the deal completed. Kamran in finance was also very easy to work with and we completed every thing in less than an hour. FIRST CLASS PURCHASE EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH
We had been looking for a 2024 Mercedes Benz GLC 300 Coupe for several months and finally found the perfect match at Mercedes Benz of Marin. You might think that living in Texas might make this transaction difficult. But, no sir, it was as easy as pie!

We called the number on their website and spoke with the sales manager, Zack. He was totally cool and we could immediately tell he was a stand-up guy. It was the kind of experience where you felt like you knew the guy your whole life. Within 5 minutes we agreed on a price. He explained the next steps and within two days the deal was done.

The finance team sent the paperwork FEDEX, we signed, sent it back, wired the money and a week later the car was sitting in our garage. Super friendly people, super easy transaction.

Zack even found a shipper that was 30% less expensive than any shipper we could find. When the car arrived it was PERFECT! Not a spot, not a smudge, not a dent, not a ding. You could tell that they made the effort to have it detailed before it shipped.

Zack even followed up weeks after the sale to make sure we had the second key and the books.

The level of client service we received was exceptional, Zack made us feel comfortable every step of the way. He always answered the phone when we called, always answered our questions, and never made us feel like we were a burden. Plus, he followed through even after the sale, and even though we were a thousand plus miles away.

Thank you Mercedes Benz of Marin for an exceptional client experience, and for an amazing vehicle. Well done!

Edit: After this review was seen by Mercedes of Marin, the reply below was added. I emailed Mr. Collins and he showed the email to the General Manager, Mr Ibrahimi, and they resolved my problem within a few hours. Mr Ibrahimi also sent me a nice private email. I appreciate Mercedes of Marin for owning the problem, and immediately fixing it with the Service Department, and personally reaching out to me to apologize. I can’t ask for more than that.
