Called and told they have welding cable by the foot. Drive in the next day and told I have to buy the entire roll because they can’t cut it. Asked if I could cut it and told no because then they can’t sell the roll. Stop saying you sell it by the foot then!! Rude. Unfriendly. Will never come to “Merle’s” nor Napa again.

One of your newer employees punched in 3.7 instead of 3.5 and it sent me back a lot. Because I was supposed to take that truck to town. To reset the check engine light and return it to the customer and take some trash and dump it. And instead what I got was the wrong. Oxygen sensor because he punched in the wrong number. There's no way I would have said 3.7. He did that your employee and that set me back a whole days of work unbelievable. How much that sent me back

DO NOT BUY AUTO PARTS FROM HERE!!! If you buy a auto part that has warranty there is no way of them keeping track of parts that are sold or have warranty like other Auto stores such as Autozone or Orielly's. My husband purchase a brand new computer for his vehicle. They ordered the part and he gave his info. Part arrived he paid for it and they didn't give him the box it came in. To our understanding the part had warranty. A year later the part is not working. It was a very expensive part. My husband went into the store with the part and they refused to help him. If he didn't have the receipt they told him they couldn't look up the part to check for warranty. First of all a year later receipts can be lost and ink on receipt also fades so if using a receipt only as the only way to track if the part you purchase from them and checking if it has warranty is ridiculous we live in 2024. For a Auto part store to be this behind on technology. Truly the most lazy employees you will find. I will never purchase anything from this place or ever recommend this place to anyone. A year later and the part broke clearly parts are cheap as well. The manager Jose even tried to have one of his mechanic friends come look at the part, so strange my husband went in there for warranty why would someone offer that part is easy to put on and my husband has mechanical experience. This place is truly a scam!!!
