Met @Travis Parker cleaning up his bay after hours. When I asked him if he could help us at the parts counter he said he would stop what he was doing to come help us but that someone should be up there. It was reassuring to know that someone was willing to help! Also there was someone at the parts counter and we got the part we needed and got back on the road ASAP

Had a close encounter with a tree branch on the front of our fifth wheel and need fiberglass repair. MHC Kenworth worked great with our Progressive Ins. Our rig is our home as we are full time RVers. They got us in right away and did an awesome job and kept us updated as the work progressed. Opie was great to work with! Always answered our calls/texts or got back to us ASAP. Highly recommend them!

This is a late post, but around a month ago I had a fuel line leak on my truck and I think it was close to midnight when I brought my truck over here after talking to Francisco in parts and he assured me they would do everything they could do to get me back on the road( since I needed to leave by 2:30am back to Kansas). When I got there Rob and Francisco went above and beyond the typical customer service and even tho they didn’t have the right fuel hose , they found me one somewhere else and with that they made me a new hose so I could get on my way. Rob and Francisco are lifesavers and the best people I’ve ever dealt with! On top of that, what they charged me was not even 1/4 of what I expected to be charged at that late hour . 100% recommend coming here. Rob and Francisco deserve a raise! Thanks again and sorry it took me a bit to get this review done.

This shop is awesome got me right in on a holiday, kept me informed as to what the issue was and the repair needed. Nice drivers area with showers and laundry very very friendly. In and out in 5hrs. Thank you..

Best group of mechanics and shop staff I've had the pleasure of dealing with. From the service desk to the techs I have never had faster service with no issues. I have even called the shop with issues and they talked me through how to fix em on my own on the road. I cannot recommend this shop enough.
