The staff were all very friendly and helpful finding the exact ATV that my sister and I were looking to purchase. Our salesman, Paul, did not hesitate to find us pricing on the ones we asked on, and seems quite knowledgeable about the equipment they had on hand.

Absolutely horrible to deal with sales staff, on top of trying to force their own financing on me after disclosing I had pre approval from my bank, their sales team seemed less interested in selling the bike I wanted and more on trying to push a higher end bike I was not comfortable on. They seemed insulted and irritated when I insisted I stay with financing from my bank because my payment was almost half of what they came up with. Ran multiple hard inquires on my credit after stating it would only be 1. Refused to work any kind of deal on the bike as another local dealer was able to come down on price but was several months out on getting the bike. The only reason I ended up purchasing from here is because no other dealer on the west Coast had the bike I wanted within a reasonable time frame. Then once all was said and done tried to tell me the first service at 600 miles (just an oil change and break in inspection) would run $350. I will be making sure to inform others to not do any kind of business with this place.

Had a small issue on my 5 year old sled and they diagnosed it super quick, cheap and easy. Couldn’t be happier.

Went in to look at new yfz’s. Told the guy I wanted some pricing and to see if we could work a deal for year end.

Long story short he wouldn’t give me any price except sticker. Said he would talk to a manager and get back with me.. never called me back. I went ahead and left the sales guy another message. Still no reply.. needless to say I took my business elsewhere. I don’t treat my customers this way, if I did, I wouldn’t have any.
