Great and very professional service. Went for routine service and was able to schedule an appointment quickly. Appointment began on time and there is plenty of seating and tables to do work, as well as get a coffee and snack from their kitchen. I brought my truck in for a service. It was the 60k service. They didn't bother to mention it would take 6+ hours. I was waiting for a couple hours before I asked for an update. The guy said it was being worked on. 2 hours later when I was getting impatient he finally told me it was a 6 hr job. You would think they would mention that. Now I'm behind at work and will have to work over the weekend. It's a work truck that belongs to the company. I will think twice about buying a Toyota due to the dealership.
Edit. I am upping my review to 2 stars. The service manager personally apologized to me for the miscommunication and offered to try to make it right. Nice guy. All the employees are polite and professional. I feel bad leaving less than positive reviews of any business but just stating my experience.

This place was terrible. I met with a man named Mike to speak about a car because I work at the hospital and my cars check engine light came one for the 3rd time in the last 8 months. I wasn’t willing to pour more money in it. I told him I had 1200$ for a deposit and I was willing to negotiate a bigger down payment. I gave all of my information even came and test drove a Honda with about 64,000+ miles on it. Mike told me I probably wouldn’t qualify but even if I didn’t approve, that he would work on trying to find something for me and never ever contacted me again. The last time I called he practically laughed in my face about my deposit and trade in and said he would work on it once again. I probably didn’t approve but usually the dealer would give a curtesy call to, at the very least, explain why a person didn’t approve. I heard absolutely nothing back as if I wasn’t even worth his time. I really needed some sort of assistance. Long story short, the very following day I approved at BMW of McKinleyville for a beautiful 21’ Hyundai Elantra with only 46,000 miles on it with my trade in and 1500$ down lol. I ended up with a better deal even after this guy ran my credit for absolutely no reason. I do not recommend at all. I wish I could give a negative star rating.

I left my car at the mid city Honda for maintenance. The store was clean, and the staff was friendly. They provide a shuttle, and there are plenty of parking available. Furthermore, they provide free coffee , tea and Internet. Price of the service was fair. I do recommend this place.
