This branch office does not have any staff on site. When you get there you have to call a number and wait for a member of staff to drive in from another office. Same thing when you return your car. Call the number and wait. People had been waiting 45 minutes..

Staff is very nice and efficient once they get there though!

While driving the rental a small tiny rock hit the front windshield. Unfortunately it cracked. Thankfully I had insurance!!! Erick provided me with the best customer service. Made the process very easy and smooth. Thank you! I need a car in May again and I will definitely be coming back!
