Fernando Morales was so nice and polite. He requested before we used car and service to leave feedback but at the last day we asked if its possible to extend for 1 more hour and he asked for 150$ extra which we think as tourists that came all the way from Croatia and spent so much money on all their fees and service is not hostile and friendly. Now I understand why he asked before for feedback and now I understand why Midway has so many bad reviews. Not happy with end of experience.

Garett was super nice. Probably the best service I have ever got from a car rental facility. He speaks very clearly and very patient. I was not able to load the contract, he helped me twice and did the contract on his iPad. Good experience

William was a great help to us getting a rental car, he was very straight forward and made sure there was no hidden fees involved and broke everything down. Answered all of our questions as well. Great experience!

Fernando at Los Angeles South Park location on Figueroa is the best. He gave me a last minute booked vehicle when terrible Enterprise didn’t have the vehicle I had booked 2 weeks before. Also he gave me a brand new Denali which is amazing.
Midway is the best experience I’ve had with any rental company.

Just flew in to LAX. Reserved online. Arrived to the location after commuting for over an hour, to be told there are no REGULAR Cars available. Man at counter stated he doesn’t know why Amex shows cars available. He found my reservation but had no cars. It’s Saturday afternoon and most other rental companies are closing soon.

The people here are super friendly and helpful. They helped me right away, even helped with an extension of my contract when my own vehicle was not ready from the mechanic. Good rates, and super clean cars (I have rented here before) highly recommended, and I will use them again.

I’ve been a loyal customer w/ midway for about 7 years now and don’t have any plans on moving. The consistent, reliable, friendly, product quality, punctual svc, etc i receive from the staff is OUTSTANDING. Garrett, Fernando, Will, YOON!!! literally everyone is simply 5 stars. Shout out to Fernando, I appreciate your help with my reservation this morning!! My visit was very quick and easy. My last reservation was about two weeks ago, so I’d like to give a shout out to Garett as well for helping me out last time. I keep returning to this location because the team here is very helpful and straightforward. I’ve had issues/setbacks at other rental locations/companies, but this one always comes through and I know what to expect each time.
