Midway is great- a good balance of affordable and incredible customer service, especially at this Hollywood location. I made a last minute reservation through a third party website (which I'm sure isn't always up to date with stock), on my way to go pick it up Michael called to let me know they didn't have the type of vehicle I requested (a small car) , all they had was a minivan but they would give it to me for the same price. I don't know the woman's name who helped process the reservation, but it was quick and she was very respectful of my decisions- still explaining all of my options but no trying to pressure me into anything I opted out of (this is huge for me, that alone will make me a loyal customer). Michael was so helpful and accommodating with all of my concerns. I called the next day (today) as I've never driven something so big and don't feel comfortable parking, etc to see if there is any possibility to trade to a smaller car. Even though they are clearly very busy and booked, Michael was so kind and is working to get me something I feel more comfortable driving. Truly incredible customer service and the whole process was so fast and easy. Also a big reason I chose Midway- I was able to pick up at one location and will be returning it to the airport without being charged exorbitant hidden fees like most rental companies.

Second time renting with Midway and they always provide excellent service. Azza was very friendly and efficient. She was thorough in explaining charges and toll fees. All and all very smooth and quick. Cars are always clean and free of odor. Ignacio, the manager maintains a customer centric team. They will be my first choice moving forward.

His car rental was a good service. They pretty much email you all the details before renting out the car. I was helped by Azza . It was very easy and fast with their services. Got my car in and out within 20 minutes, they also picked me up from where my car was being fixed at.

Diana is the best! Booked a last min rental car at Midway Hollywood because I had to take my car in for some repairs. I had a leak in the coolant and the Bodyshop couldn’t give me a rough estimate of when it would be done. I initially booked it for 3 days but told her my situation but she let me know I could extend or return earlier on the manager special and she could honor the rates if I were to extend. She was so friendly and kind unlike some of the other people who work at rental car companies (I rent a lot of cars) Long story short my car was done in 1 day and she let me return the rental early & was very accommodating with my time crunch. Always good rates and exceptional service. They have a variety of decently new cars and their cars always come in clean. The manager and staff, including Azza who received me today, are friendly and explain my rental car and all the add on options thoroughly. That’s why I keep coming back to Midway whenever I need a rental car for my road trips!

Very detailed and clear w/ the explanation of the rental contract. Made sure that I was able to understand what it was signing for. Personality was a little rigid due to trying to be professional and focused on her task at hand.
