I worked with Mariana Pedraza, her support is not the normal usual but instead the most supportive customer service ever experience. Just her tone of voice and her genuine effort to really help me was outstanding. I will never book with another car company again, only book with Miles Car Rental mainly because of the support Mariana gave me. She is also very knowledge with all the perks, features, cost savings etc, in the genuine interest of the customer. 2nd time using this company and everything has run smoothly. The booking as easy and much cheaper than going direct. We had a pass to add to our google wallet and I needed to make an amend to the drop off location, which was done very easily and Emma was brilliant at making a recommendation close to our hotel. Would defo recommend!

Due to the travel restrictions in my country with the hurricane thats traveling I am unable to travel. I tried the bot system but I lost connection and decided to call instead I received assistance from Mariana. She was very soft spoken, clear and calm. Mariana was very understanding and attentive and assisted me with making a new reservations very fast and accurate. She explained every step and ensured everything was completed properly. I am surprised by Miles, first with the ease of renting a car and then with the quick and friendly service we receive in case of any problem!!
My last interaction was to solve a reservation problem for an uncle who was traveling and had no communication, and the Miles attendant Mayra Silva was spectacular in her service! And solve every thing !! Congratulations!!!
