I have to say for my first time using turo and renting and car for the first time. You/y’all had great customers service, understanding, and the extension on the rental was nothing but ease and satisfaction. The jeep was about stock as you can get but was still a head turner, people was complementing it. The price was a little on the high side specially for the ext day and half extension just so I could have it detailed and disinfected just the way I pick it up, but I do understand it business and you have a set rate. I will say other than that it was the best first experience I’ve had trying anything. I just want to say thank you for being so polite, informative, understanding and allowing me to use your vehicle to go on the trip. Oh yea this was a last minute decision because my truck had to go in the shop as I was leaving for the beach trip and y’all made everything happen very quickly and on a last minute notice and that was these thing that could have happened because my trip was not canceled or have any lost time on the trip so thank y’all for everything But most importantly thank you for the opportunity to rent your vehicle for the trip, it has been a great pleasure meeting and renting from you!!
