The Manager is very helpful and concerned for the customers and the facility is very clean. The property is very protected and safe. The advertisement of the units is in a good location. They will work with you if you have any problems.
Very new and Easy access. The entry way is easy to enter. The signs are displayed and the ofc is Clean and professional display. They have other products you can purchase and you don't have them such as boxes and locks.

Awesome service, great property, private and accessible, utilizes newer technology for locks, so all you need is your Smartphone. Makes things easier and smooth during our move out date. No keys getting lost in the move with the digital app. Micheal did an wonderful job checking us into our side by side units.

Krys was professional and welcoming, and shared all of my options completely. They'll even drive you right up and show you a unit if you like. I was reluctant to 'need to use an app', but it's really satisfying opening everything up with a tap; no leaning out the window to enter a code. This area has to be a robber's worst nightmare, with various security and law enforcement personnel frequently passing.

Great space in safe quiet part of town. The app makes it convenient to get in and out. Staff in office greatly accommodating! Jason is the man! If anyone asks about storage I always recommend modStorage because it is simply the best on the Monterey Peninsula👍🏼
